    Cross-border expansion into emerging markets isn't optional anymore: the strategic imperative is to solve the tension between local market intimacy and centralized global governance. India, Turkey, Brazil, and the Middle East are redefining online loyalty, with consumer spending accelerating at rates well above the global average. Yet many Italian brands still hesitate, the cost of delay is steep: higher CACs, lost positioning power, and the very real risk of brand dilution during rushed expansion.
