Cybersecurity startup Exaforce has raised $125 million in a series B funding round from HarbourVest Partners, Peak XV Partners, Mayfield, Khosla Ventures, Seligman Ventures and AICONIC. The latest fundraise comes within a year of its $75 million series A round, and takes the company’s total funding to $200 million. Exaforce is building an ‘agentic security operations’ platform designed to help enterprises detect, investigate and respond to AI-powered cyberattacks in real time. At the core of the platform is a real-time security knowledge graph that continuously maps identities, permissions, cloud activity, code and security events as they occur. “We built Exaforce to be the platform defenders actually work in, not just an AI layer on top of existing tools,” said Ankur Singla, CEO of Exaforce. “This funding lets us deepen that platform and bring it to security teams on a global scale.” Read more: https://lnkd.in/eYB68zDM #Startups #Funding #Exaforce #Cybersecurity #AI #Entrepreneurs #ETEntrepreneur

Since the beginning of 2026, and probably a bit earlier, OpenClaw was the trend that many people, both technical and not were configuring and using on their day to day. It reached the point both DigitalOcean and AWS created dedicated instances with pre-installed OpenClaw gateways, ready to connect anything they wanted on. Users were setting it up as an assistant, managing their day to day tasks, or even just specific routine tasks they needed done by an agent. The thing is, while speaking to different people both in person and online, and looking at how users were configuring it, security was not the first thing its users had in mind. So, I decided to take a look at OpenClaw, its usage, its risks and the best practices to mitigate and detect potential risks, so its usage can be as smooth and secure as it can be. https://lnkd.in/dvNQpUHS

Thank you Nasdaq for the shoutout on our Series B announcement and for having us at the Signal interview. It was incredible to see the recognition, the conversations it has sparked, and the support from the security community. Moments like this are a reminder that the future of Security Operations is being built right now. The AI SOC Exchange Night was a hit as well. We had a full house and received many requests from other regions. Stay tuned, we may be coming your way soon! Here’s a glimpse of our day in New York as we celebrated this milestone with the team, our partners, and the broader cybersecurity community. Excited for what’s ahead for Exaforce.

Exaforce just raised $125 million in Series B funding to scale AI-native security operations, with HarbourVest Partners, Peak XV Partners, Mayfield, Khosla Ventures, Seligman Ventures and AICONIC Ventures participating. Total funding is now $200 million. The bet is that the security operations center needs context before the alert fires, not after. Exaforce builds a real-time knowledge graph across events, identities, permissions, cloud activity, code and files, then lets AI agents reason from that live map instead of reconstructing every investigation from raw logs. That matters because attackers are already using AI to move faster, while many defenders are still stuck querying fragmented tools after the fact. Exaforce says its agents can answer investigative questions in under a minute, reduce manual work by up to 90%, and have already processed millions of investigations across customers in healthcare, technology, financial services and other high-target sectors. Quick facts👇 ● founders: Ankur Singla; Devesh Mittal; Ariful Huq; Jakub Pavlik ● total capital raised: $200 million ● HQ: San Jose, California ● Investors: HarbourVest Partners; Peak XV Partners; Mayfield; Khosla Ventures; Seligman; AICONIC VENTURES

Exaforce — česko-americký startup vyvíjející agenty pro AI SOC — právě uzavřel investiční kolo ve výši 125 mil. $ (2,6 mld. Kč). Jde o jednu z největších investic v historii této vznikající kategorie. Co Exaforce dělá: nahrazuje SIEM dashboard znalostním grafem v reálném čase. Bezpečnostní události × identity × oprávnění × konfigurace × kód × software, vše propojené v jednom kontextu. Nad tím stojí agenti (firma jim říká „exaboti"), kteří monitorují, detekují, analyzují a reagují. Navíc jsou snadno integrovatelní do tradičních SOCů. Bull case: AI SOC je rychle rostoucí kategorie. Rozpočty na kybernetickou bezpečnost se místo náboru analytiků stále více soustředí na autonomní systémy — a Exaforce už má reálné výsledky. Bear case: trh je přeplněný. Klasické SIEM a SOAR firmy přidávají k existujícím produktům AI funkce; totéž zkouší i další early-stage hráči. Oněch 2,6 mld. Kč musí Exaforce do dvou let utratit za získávání zákazníků, jinak z celé investice zbyde jen drahá validace teze. Otázka pro portfolio: pokud máte expozici v tradičních SIEM nebo SOAR titulech, mění toto investiční kolo váš pohled na jejich budoucí roadmapu? Pokud ne, co konkrétně nabízejí, co Exaforce nahradit nedokáže? Zdroj: Lupa.

Congratulations to Ankur Singla, Marco Rodrigues, Ariful Huq, Jakub Pavlik and the entire Exaforce team on your $125M Series B! 🚀 Every major technology cycle reshapes the attack surface. Cloud, SaaS and remote work each changed how enterprises think about security. AI is now changing the speed, scale and sophistication of cyber threats. For security teams, that means a very different operating environment: faster attackers, more complex data, noisy alerts, and stretched teams. What drew us to Exaforce was the team’s clarity on where security operations needs to go next: not another AI feature layered onto fragmented tools, but a platform built from the ground up around a data layer with real-time knowledge graph. This is what Exaforce has built. The result is AI agents that reason with complete context in real-time, not after the fact. The future of SOC belongs to platforms that combine real-time data architecture, with AI agentic capabilities and human oversight, into a single operating system. Proud to partner with the team as they build for the next era of security ✨ Read more here: https://lnkd.in/edmjSrMZ Aakash Kapoor

We are excited to partner with Ankur Singla and team Exaforce on their $125M Series B along with Khosla Ventures, Mayfield, Seligman and others. AI has changed the speed, scale and sophistication of cyber threats. Security teams are burdened with fragmented tools, noisy alerts, false positives and manual investigations. What drew us to Exaforce is the team’s clarity on where security operations center (SOC) needs to go: not another AI feature on top of fragmented data, but a new platform, grounding agents in a persistent knowledge graph and contextual data layer, with a multi model AI engine. There are usually two ways of building a product: one that gets you started with an incremental solution, or the other more foundational path that is harder but delivers a 10x better result. This often separates the better companies from the others. When Ankur showed us the product demo, it was clear that Exaforce was in the latter camp. Exaforce has taken the most strategic approach among the AI SOC attempts. AI agents are only as good as the data they work on. Through its real time data graph and context layer, Exaforce agents are reducing the manual analyst workload by as much as 90% across the entire lifecycle of detection, triage, investigation and response. Congratulations to Ankur Singla, Marco, Ariful Huq, Aqsa Taylor, Jakub Pavlik, and the entire Exaforce team. We are excited to partner with you on the journey ahead! Building great teams to execute on very difficult engineering problems

Today marks a major milestone for Exaforce. We just announced our $125M Series B, and to me, It is a huge vote of confidence in a mission that has never mattered more. Security teams are operating in an environment where threats move in real time, AI is changing the attack surface every day, and defenders are drowning in fragmented tools, alerts, and disconnected context. The SOC cannot keep scaling with more dashboards and more noise. 𝐖𝐞 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐭 𝐄𝐱𝐚𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭. From day one, our vision has been to create the platform defenders actually work in. A platform where AI agents and security engineers operate together with shared context, real-time understanding, and investigation workflows designed for how modern SOC teams actually respond to threats. At the core of Exaforce is a 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥-𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐡 that gives defenders complete context from the start, not after hours of manual correlation. That foundation allows our platform to move faster, investigate deeper, and help security teams respond with clarity when every second matters. Thank you to our customers, partners, investors, and the incredible Exaforce team for believing in this mission and pushing it forward every day.
