Through this settlement, Hollyren will cease manufacturing, importing, and selling certain eyelash kits in the U.S., affirming the validity of Lashify's patents and furthering its commitment to defend its designs. This resolution, secured by Fenwick’s litigation team led by partners Saina Shamilov and Melanie Mayer, continues to protect Lashify’s innovative lash products and strengthens its position in the U.S. market. Fenwick is proud to work with the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights Under Law (LCCRUL), the driving force behind Election Protection—the nation’s largest nonpartisan voting rights coalition.   Alongside LCCRUL, our pro bono team continues to challenge Georgia’s SB 202—an election law with restrictive measures that disproportionately impacts underrepresented communities. The team, including Laurence Pulgram, Molly Melcher, Armen Nercessian, and Catherine McCord, has achieved significant victories in court, securing injunctions against barriers like immaterial absentee ballot requirements and bans on providing food and water to voters in long lines.
