    Just stepped off the stage from a fascinating panel at the #CIIE on the future of retail. The discussion reinforced why this is such a pivotal moment for brands. Here are my key takeaways: 𝗣𝗵𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝘀 In China, we have moved into a "post-e-commerce" world. With e-commerce growth plateauing, physical retail has become the ultimate tool for brand differentiation. The most forward-thinking brands are creating immersive retail spaces that tell their story in ways e-commerce never can. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗜-𝗘𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹 The future isn't about online vs offline - it's about 𝘈𝘐-𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦.
