  • We’re excited to share an important milestone in our privacy and security journey: Kustomer has officially achieved ISO/IEC 27701:2019 certification. ISO 27701 is the international standard for Privacy Information Management Systems (PIMS). It builds on ISO 27001, which covers information #security, by adding a framework specifically designed for protecting personally identifiable information. Achieving ISO 27701 certification is a significant validation of our #privacy program. It goes beyond compliance and is about giving customers confidence that when they choose Kustomer, they’re choosing a partner who takes privacy, #trust, and accountability seriously. We’ve also maintained our ISO/IEC 27001 certification following our latest audit and have just received our SOC 2 Type II Report covering the most recent audit period.
