🌟On October 21, 2025, the Hawai‘i Community Foundation welcomed a full house to Cafe Julia in Downtown Honolulu for the annual HCF Professional Advisors in Philanthropy celebration. We gathered in the spirit of giving together to honor recipients of the 2025 Professional Advisors in Philanthropy award for their contributions to our communities, demonstrating the true spirit of aloha, and serving as the keystone for so much good will and philanthropy in our community. It was a wonderful evening full of pilina (connection, relationship, and union) and a great opportunity to build stronger connections and deeper relationships with partners across the Islands in the professional advisor community. 👏🏽Please join us in congratulating the following award recipients (pictured left to right): 🌟Kit K. Okazaki » Insurance Agent, State Farm Insurance Inc --- 🌟Keith G. Marrack, AAMS » Financial Advisor, Edward Jones --- 🌟Rosemarie S.J. The Hawai‘i Community Foundation was honored to have been the presenting sponsor on Thursday October 23rd. 🎥👀Check out a few highlights from the event. "Kokua Kahiau" is a Hawaiian phrase that beautifully captures the essence of helping others without expecting anything in return. This award recognizes those that contributed in transforming Hawaii through community development projects, educational programs, environmental conservation, healthcare initiatives, cultural preservation, social services, and economic development. #PBNKokua #Generosity #HawaiiCommunity #KokuaHawaii

💦Today, we’re proud to observe #ImagineADayWithoutWater—a day that reminds us that everything we depend on flows from clean water, and access to it is a fundamental human need. 🌟Earlier this week, we asked, “a day without water is a day without…” The responses were vast, and we thought of sharing a few of the replies. #FreshWaterHawaii #WaterisLife

💦Each year, Imagine a Day Without Water invites us to see how crucial our need for water really is by visualizing life without it, just for one day. Very quickly, we learn how indispensable water is in our everyday lives, and how our health, environment, and economy depend on reliable access to clean water. This year we’re participating in #ImagineADayWithoutWater to help spread awareness about the value of fresh water in Hawai‘i—and we encourage you, your business, or organization to join in. Visit https://lnkd.in/eAPA6_CX to see ideas and get resources on how you can participate. Simply spreading awareness goes a long way! #ImagineADayWithoutWater #WaterIsLife #FreshWaterHawaii @USWaterAlliance @TheValueofWater
