With this release, Huayung Smart Operations Platform is no longer just a CMDB — it has evolved into a complete AI-native IT asset operations platform. 1️⃣Collie is your teammate From day one of designing our AI capabilities, our goal was never a “question-and-answer widget tucked in a corner.” Collie is built differently: it is a first-class citizen of the platform. The entire system is architected around the idea of being “AI-friendly,” so that users can drive the platform’s full power using natural language. Analyzing a failure’s blast radius or assessing the risk of a planned change? Simply ask: “If this switch fails or goes down for maintenance, what will be affected?” Collie traverses relationships layer by layer, tracing upstream to impacted applications and downstream to dependent resources. 2️⃣Our core principle for bringing AI into operations: Human in the Loop. Collie does more than analyze. Once you confirm, it can directly execute data changes. And we strictly follow two security guardrails: 1. Every operation must be approved by a human. Collie will never modify anything on its own. 2. Collie operates under the approver’s RBAC permissions. You can only do what your role allows — privilege escalation is impossible. 3️⃣From discovery to management in one seamless chain An AI-native platform without fresh data is just a house of cards. That’s why the other centerpiece of 2.0 is automated discovery. We’ve built a complete pipeline: define IP ranges and collection protocols, let the system scan at set intervals to discover active devices on the network, then automatically onboard them based on rules, apply tags, and associate templates.
