BSidesNOLA brought the cyber swamp energy, and ICS Village was glad to be part of it. We had a great day talking about industrial cybersecurity, walking attendees through hands-on ICS/OT engagement, and helping more folks get up close with the systems that keep critical infrastructure running. Huge thanks to BSidesNOLA for having us — and to everyone who stopped by, asked smart questions, tried the hands-on activities, and brought their curiosity. Until next time, New Orleans 🐺🏭⚡ #BSidesNOLA #IndustrialCybersecurity #CriticalInfrastructure #OTSecurity

The Biohacking Village had such a great time at DEF CON Singapore, with HTX (Home Team Science & Technology Agency). We took the opportunity to meet with local community cybersecurity researchers, government officials, and other village folks (shout out to Car Hacking Village, ICS VILLAGE, #ThreatHuntVillage, Maritime Hacking Village, and Aerospace Village - Kamel Ghali, Thomas VanNorman, CISSP, GICSP, Dillon Lee, Steve Luczynski, Duncan Woodbury, Brian Markus, MBA, CISSP). We had some interesting findings with the devices, boards, and training modules with SolaSec's Caleb Davis and #HusariaSecurity Danny Hetzel on the #CTF, have meaningful conversations and demos with Health-ISAC's Paul Chua, Bruce A. James, Sarka ., Kyle Shockley, and myself. We loved the intensity, especially how fiercely inquisitive and fully immersed everyone was! We brought several cool devices: diabetic devices, infusion pumps, heart monitors, patient monitors, blood analyzers. Loved seeing the cooperation, enthusiasm, and tactical excellence of the #Singapore community. Next. . . DEF CON Las Vegas! Lets gooooooooo! #DEFCON #DCSG #Cybersecurity #Villages #HTX #Singapore #MedicalDevices #Biocybersecurity #CriticalInfrastructure

Thomas VanNorman, CISSP, GICSP Dillon Lee and Aaron C. Crow all had the opportunity to share their knowledge on stage. Our next event will be our own conference , Critical Effect in Washington DC June 17th and 18th.

What does real-world OT cybersecurity actually look like? Dillon Lee’s session cuts through theory and focuses on practical, real-world approaches to defending operational technology environments. If your work touches industrial systems, infrastructure, or cyber-physical security—this is a must-attend. 📍 ICS Village @ DEF CON Singapore 🎤 Actual OT Cyber Security #OTSecurity #DEFCON #CriticalInfrastructure
