  • Australia and New Zealand take the lead. As part of the 2025 OMODA & JAECOO International User Summit, the Ten-Nation Hybrid Marathon put our latest hybrid models to the test across more than 600 km of real-world driving, from city traffic to mountain roads. We’re proud to share that the JAECOO J5 SHS-H (HEV) achieved the top result in Australia and New Zealand, delivering an impressive 890 km driving range with fuel consumption of just 4.5 L/100 km. These results highlight the strength of our SHS Super Hybrid System, which delivers exceptional range, quietness, and performance - redefining what hybrid driving can be.

  • This week, OMODA was proud to be a key sponsor of SXSW Sydney. As part of SXSW Sydney’s inspiring lineup of talks, OMODA JAECOO hosted “The Future of Style in Motion”, a panel discussion exploring how luxury is being redefined at the intersection of creativity, technology, and culture across fashion and automotive. Our panel featured Nariné Salmasi, General Manager of Marketing at Omoda Jaecoo, and Woman of Omoda, Jules Robinson, alongside Nicky Briger and Georgie McCourt from Marie Claire. Together, they shared insights on how brands can stay relevant through human connection, sustainability, and purpose-driven design. Narine Salmasi, General Manager Marketing at Omoda said: "The FOMA Runway embodies the spirit of creativity and innovation that drives us. We see technology as a powerful tool for self-expression, and we're excited to share our vision with the SXSW Sydney audience." Throughout the festival, attendees also had the chance to experience the OMODA 9 SHS, a super hybrid SUV that unites electrified efficiency, dynamic performance, and attainable luxury.

Starting tomorrow, October 17th, until October 22nd, the 2025 OMODA & JAECOO International User Summit will bring together global partners, creators, and users under the theme “Co-creation, Integration, and Coexistence.” The event is expected to welcome around 2,000 participants from around the world. A highlight will be our Eco-Expo, themed “NeXt Cool,” where visitors can explore interactive installations, smart retail concepts, and immersive lifestyle zones. Activities such as the Brand Showroom, Brand Ecosystem Experience Zone, and the Day C Night A social area will illustrate how we extend our ecosystem beyond just the vehicle, connecting users to the brand across work, play, and social scenarios. A one-of-a-kind experience, the summit positions the car as a hub of limitless possibilities.
