Our San Diego office turned into a little haunted haven yesterday — full of costumes, laughter, and that kind of energy you can’t fake. Our employees and the individuals we serve shared stories, danced, and laughed until the spooky tunes faded. Beyond the costumes and candy, the day became a celebration of connection, belonging, and lasting joy. ✨ OneWell PA IDD Leadership Retreat — Leading with Purpose ✨ Today we gathered as leaders — to pause, reconnect, and reflect on why we do what we do. As our President/ CEO Aytekin Oldac shared in his opening remarks: 💬 “Every day, you’re changing lives. You’re helping people with intellectual and developmental disabilities live fuller, more independent, more meaningful lives.” 💬 “That’s not just work — that’s purpose.” He reminded us that our growth is not by chance: 💬 “We’ve built Smart EVV, Smart Goals, and OneWell Core — not to replace people, but to empower them.” 💬 “Growth brings opportunity, but it also brings responsibility.” And perhaps the most powerful reminder of all: 💬 “Culture isn’t what’s written in our policy manuals.
