On Monday, we announced an agreement with Research Alliance Corporation III that will take Oak Hill (OHB Pediatrics Ltd d/b/a Oak Hill Bio) public on Nasdaq. Together with our recent Series A financing, this gives us the resources to keep advancing rugonersen — our investigational antisense oligonucleotide therapy for Angelman syndrome — through our Phase 3 BEACON trial and toward a potential NDA submission. It’s been a pleasure to work with Josh and his team in raising money from top tier investors for the spin out of Rugonerson for Angelman syndrome into a new company. The holding company will stay focussed on developing OHB 607 to treat the complications of premature birth.
