AI adoption rates in the aviation MRO industry are steadily increasing, now reaching 64% year-over-year. According to our 2025 MRO Survey, generative AI tools, including large language models, are increasingly utilized for extracting data from complex documents like component maintenance manuals and service bulletins. Our team was actively engaged on the ground at MRO Europe, collaborating with industry leaders on a variety of topics, including how AI can partner with legacy aviation systems to enhance efficiency, the adoption of circular economy principles for a more sustainable aviation ecosystem, and the essential leadership changes required to develop the next generation of aviation leaders. #MROE David Stewart, Carlos Garcia Martin, Paul Harper, Elena P., Veronica Dall'Aglio

From exciting outings to meaningful volunteer efforts, our teams have been busy making memories and a difference last month: • Minneapolis Office took a tour of an Amazon Fulfillment Center and enjoyed a fun-filled day at Canterbury Park. • Seattle Office cheered on the Mariners as they witnessed Cal Raleigh tie Mickey Mantle's record for single-season home runs by a switch hitter—now that's a game to remember! • Our Operational Excellence and Certification Compliance Quality and Safety teams came together for some engaging training in our Fort Worth office, proving that learning can be both productive and fun. • To honor our heroes on September 11, many of our colleagues participated in headstone cleaning and beautification, honoring those who have served our country. • Last but not least, our Atlanta team showed their generosity by assembling 60 disaster relief kits, ready to support those in need. A big shoutout to all our teams for their incredible spirit and dedication! Here’s to many more adventures and chances to give back.

AI in aviation is taking off. According to our MRO Survey 2025: • 97% of respondents are aware of AI’s potential • 64% already use it in some form • 95% of those not yet investing are at least somewhat interested So, what’s holding organizations back from scaling AI adoption — and how can it be paired with other innovations to overcome challenges? At our executive breakfast during MRO Asia, we explored: • AI Agents in Action – tools like the Planner Assistant & AOG Assistant streamlining workflows • Real-World Applications – from forecasting maintenance needs to boosting efficiency across operations If you’d like to explore AI solutions tailored for your business, get in touch to learn more or schedule a personalized demo. The aviation maintenance industry is facing growing demand for certified mechanics due to a projected 13% increase in the North American commercial air transport fleet over the next decade. Our 2025 release of the Pipeline Report also shows: ➡️ This year, a 10% shortage is expected, decreasing to 6% by 2035, leading to a gap of 4,200 certified mechanics. This issue is worsened by retirements and does not consider emerging markets. ➡️ AMTS programs are facing empty seats, with more than one-third unfilled due to inadequate marketing and faculty resources. ➡️ The shortage of qualified instructors and Designated Mechanic Examiners (DMEs) poses critical challenges, with a 15% growth in DMEs needed to match graduate volumes, further complicating training and certification efforts. This week at the ATEC Fly-In conference in Washington, DC, our Director of Market Intelligence, Livia Hayes, and Technical Specialist, Devon Holden, shared key insights from the Pipeline Report on technician supply and demand, equipping policymakers and industry stakeholders with critical data for informed decision-making > https://lnkd.in/gn6HmKrz

This summer, our team built connections in and outside of the office. We enjoyed team-building boat cruises and rounds of golf, fostering collaboration and strengthening relationships. We also celebrated as our very own Kat McCoy finished her tailwheel endorsement add-on to her pilot's license! Cheers to new experiences, teamwork, and personal growth.
