At UI5ers live #58, Holger Schäfer from the community shows exactly that: ClaudeJSONModel is an open-source, drop-in JSONModel replacement that turns Claude into a native, bindable data source for SAPUI5/OpenUI5. Reactive, clean, no imperative fetch logic — your controls bind to AI results the way they bind to OData. And while we're pushing UI5 forward, we're also cleaning up the past: Peter Muessig from the UI5 team walks through the removal of the sap.ui.webc.* wrapper libraries in SAPUI5 1.147.0, explains the reasoning, and shows the recommended approach going forward.
