I’m proud and grateful to share that Superpanel, which I founded with Dingyu Zhang PhD., is coming out of stealth after a year of private beta with some of the country’s leading high-volume plaintiff law firms. We’re also announcing we’ve raised a total of $5.3M in funding, co-led by Outlander VC and Field Ventures, with participation from Ryan Holmes, Zenda Capital, 8-Bit Capital, and Behind Genius. Intake is a maze of forms,  phone calls, and documents, and most people give up before finding help. By managing the full intake journey (while keeping it personal and reliable), Superpanel makes it easier for more people to access legal help, and helps firms grow without burning out their staff. This mission is personal. A lawyer kept my family afloat after my mom’s car accident. Years later, a close friend spent $40k and spoke to 20+ attorneys just to learn if he had an employment case. And as a Canadian navigating the U.S. visa process, I experienced firsthand how opaque and intimidating getting legal help can feel. My co-founder, Dingyu Zhang PhD., brings deep expertise in building complex AI systems. He led teams handling tens of millions of interactions and outperformed Amazon, Microsoft, and Google in benchmarks. For years, intake was “too complex” for automation. With today’s advances, that’s no longer true. Unlike generic AI that handles one step or one channel, Superpanel manages intake workflows end-to-end across phone, text, email, documents, web forms, and existing internal tools.
