Last week, leaders from LAZ were in the Hartford community, collaborating with our friends and partners at Connecticut Children's and KNOX, Inc., as local volunteers planted over 200 trees in the Frog Hollow area of the city. “We took down seven trees, and we all decided that we would replant 100 trees,” said Alan Lazowski, CEO of LAZ Parking. He explained how LAZ, along with the City of Hartford and #CCMC leaders, gave back to the local community after some trees were lost due to recent construction efforts. It was great connecting with leaders from across the country to share ideas, strategies, and inspiration for the road ahead. A huge thank you to John Laires and Winston Persaud for all their valuable insights and guidance as we move forward and upward towards 2026. Meeting the founding partners of LAZ Parking- Alan Lazowski, Jeff Karp, and Michael Harth was both exciting and profound, seeing how far they have come and the incredible legacy they've built. It was also a pleasure meeting John Svendblad- President of LAZ Parking and we're excited about the colLAZoration of opportunities with the Indigo Park Canada and LAZ Parking family. What a week! Senior leaders from across Canada came together for an unforgettable 2026 Strategic Workshop, a gathering to reflect on 2025’s incredible wins and set sights on new goals, new momentum, and even greater achievements in 2026. This year’s workshop was especially meaningful as we celebrated our new partnership with LAZ Parking, creating North America’s largest tech-driven parking, transportation, and mobility company. We were honoured to welcome John Svendblad, President of LAZ Parking, along with LAZ’s founding partners, Alan Lazowski, Jeff Karp, and Michael Harth. Nathan Owen, CFO, and Steven Gresh, President of IT also joined us for inspiring discussions about growth, innovation, and what’s next for our teams across North America. A highlight of the week was reaffirming our People-First focus, the foundation of everything we do. From coast to coast to coast, we’re committed to building a culture where our teams thrive and our values shine through in every interaction. And, of course, no great meeting would be complete without time to connect, share ideas, and enjoy great company over dinner and laughter. Here’s to another year of growth, collaboration, and success, together with our partners at LAZ Parking and our incredible teams across Canada. — John Laires, CEO, Indigo Park Canada - Quelle semaine ! — John Laires, CEO, IPC

ICYMI: We are rallying together to help send aid to the people of #Jamaica, and there is still time to contribute to the efforts. Hurricane Melissa left many residents without water, power, or access to food recently. Roads and buildings have been destroyed, and local soup kitchens are struggling to meet the surge in need. In response, LAZ Charitable Foundation is partnering with the local Catholic Church and the Rotary Club in Jamaica to deliver food, clean water, and essential supplies, and to help transport aid into the hardest-hit regions. Every dollar makes a difference for families working to rebuild their lives. Donate today to support relief efforts: https://lnkd.in/eQhtuear

This week at the 2025 Gartner HR Symposium | Xpo, I had the chance to share the LAZ Parking story: scale that creates opportunities for employees and value for clients. We do it by putting people first and by designing learning that turns moments into momentum. I’m grateful for the conversation and the community. Thank you, Jason Beck and Kimberly Williams, for the insights and the example you set. I’m leaving energized to keep expanding capabilities and building a culture where people thrive. #GartnerHRSymposium #PeopleFirst #LXD #WorkforceDevelopment #LAZNation

  • LAZ Goes Pink for Breast Cancer Awareness Month 💗 From offices and hospital campuses to parking locations across the country, our teams came together to raise awareness and show support during Breast Cancer Awareness Month, proudly wearing pink and standing in solidarity with those impacted. Led by our LAZ Healthcare Services team, this year’s “Go Pink for Breast Cancer Day,” brought together team members nationwide to honor strength, resilience, and hope. We’re so appreciative of everyone in the LAZ family who participated and helped create such a meaningful display of unity. At LAZ, we’re more than colleagues, we’re a community that uplifts, supports, and stands strong together. #PeopleFirst #Community #GoPink #LAZParking
