Happy 4th Birthday to us! 🥳 What started as a simple idea has grown into a platform trusted by over 1,500 startups across the U.S. and Latin America. And through it all, our mission remains the same: make founders’ lives easier so they can focus on building. Yesterday, we celebrated this milestone with our community, with events happening at the same time in 📍Miami, 📍Buenos Aires, 📍Córdoba, and 📍Rosario. Being surrounded by customers, partners, and teammates reminded us: we’re not just building a product, we’re building something bigger, together. Thanks to each person who’s been part of this journey. The best is yet to build 🚀

🚨 Following the news that Mercado Libre is relocating its tax domicile to Texas, many are now wondering if Delaware is still a good option for incorporating a startup. The noise surrounding Delaware dates back to 2024, triggered by a court ruling related to a compensation package approved by a major business figure for their executives. 🔎 It’s important to note that, according to statements, Mercado Libre’s move is based on operational logic, fit for an established company with a physical presence in that state. For early-stage startups or those in the process of raising capital, Delaware remains a strategic jurisdiction for several reasons: Specialized courts that streamline processes and offer legal certainty Clear, flexible legal structures well understood by investors Fast incorporation aligned with venture capital norms 📍Other states like Texas, Wyoming, or Florida might make sense in certain cases. But that depends on your stage, team, and goals. If you’re weighing your options, our legal team can help you understand what fits your situation best—no drama, no shortcuts. 👉 Book a call with Lazo and make an informed decision: https://lnkd.in/d3mMaGji

Building a startup is hard; being around the right people makes it lighter. San Francisco never disappoints. This week was a great reminder of why I love being here: the people, the ideas, the energy. 🍜 Ramen, clear ideas, and people who lift you up: We kicked things off with a ramen masterclass, where we got our hands dirty making noodles and connecting with other founders and VCs. It was a perfect night of learning, sharing, and just enjoying the process. Thanks to ALAYA CAPITAL and J.P. Morgan for co-hosting that event with us. 🔥 At the Startup Grind Conference, I heard Kevin Systrom and @Samir Kaul talk about what really makes startups thrive. The key takeaway? Simplicity tends to be the winner. It’s about building with clarity and focusing on what truly matters. I also had the chance to catch up with my friend Conor Bradshaw and meet some incredible people who are shaping the future of tech and entrepreneurship. This city always leaves me feeling inspired and grateful to be part of such a strong, supportive community. It’s the people that make the journey worth it 🫶🏼

An unforgettable night in San Francisco 🍜✨ We hosted The Ultimate Master Chef Experience, a hands-on ramen masterclass where startup founders and VCs came together to cook, connect, and enjoy great food. From making our own noodles to sharing stories over drinks, it was the perfect mix of culinary fun and meaningful networking. Thanks to everyone who joined us and to our amazing partners ALAYA CAPITAL and J.P. Morgan for making this experience possible. See you at the next one!

🍷👨🍳 Networking, empanadas, and a dash of AI It wasn’t just an empanada masterclass, it was The Ultimate Master Chef Experience. Together with Wollen Labs, we hosted another edition of our signature event in NYC, blending hands-on cooking with high-quality conversations between founders, VCs, and product builders. Incorporation ≠ operational setup. Let’s fix that. Founders often believe incorporation is the finish line. In reality? It’s just the first step. After that, you're expected to: ⚠️ Know which filings to submit to avoid late penalties  📉 Track financials like a pro, or watch your burn rate run wild 📃 Understand what “compliance” even means in a U.S. context And STILL excel at building your product. We built a playbook to make this simpler, and we’re walking you through it, live. 🚀 Join our free webinar: https://lnkd.in/daXJkMe5 Date: April 23rd / Time: 6 PM (Argentina) | 5 PM (NY) | 2 PM (SF)
