  • First time at CODECON Bratislava 2026 as a Big Expo Partner 🚀 Our people have spoken at CodeCon before, but this year we brought Labyrinth Labs directly onto the expo floor with our own booth. CodeCon brings together developers, engineers, architects and teams building all kinds of products and applications. We are the ones making sure all of that actually runs smoothly once it hits production. ☁️ Even without stepping on stage this year, we still had a great time talking with people across the Slovak tech community and catching up with familiar faces throughout the day. 🫶 And of course, we could not show up empty-handed, so we brought two booth activities for the attendees: 🎯 DevOps instincts quiz, where 120+ people tested their DevOps common sense; 🎮 and a logo quiz game, where 70+ participants competed for a prize. Big thanks to everyone who stopped by, joined the games, or simply came over to chat. #codecon #techcommunity

  • The cloud was supposed to make infrastructure simpler, faster and more efficient. So why are companies still burning money on it? According to recent reports: ☁️ 85% of organizations say managing cloud costs is their #1 challenge ☁️ Up to 47% of infrastructure is overprovisioned ☁️ More than 80% of container spend goes to idle resources Our latest blog dives right into this topic ➡️ https://lnkd.in/dkA6Gmab The problem usually isn’t the cloud itself. It’s architecture decisions, operational complexity and systems that were never designed to scale efficiently in the first place. And if you feel like your cloud setup has more potential than you’re currently getting out of it, reach out to us. We’ll be happy to help you figure out what’s worth fixing and where to start.

  • #coolstuff podtrace is an eBPF-powered Kubernetes diagnostic tool that gives deep visibility into pod behavior without instrumentation or code changes. With a single command, it can trace network flows, system calls, filesystem activity, HTTP traffic, DNS queries and more. Great tool for debugging and observability directly from the kernel to the application layer.

  • 🔥 23.09.2026 SAVE THE DATE for https://nobullshit.camp/ 🔥 DevOps & Cloud-Native conferences bring great people together all across Europe. Yet in Bratislava, Vienna & Brno, we still feel there’s something missing. A space that feels closer to how DevOps & Platform engineering actually works. Organizing a conference is something that’s been at the back of our minds for quite a few years now. So... this year, we’re launching the #NoBullshit Camp. A new cloud-native conference coming to Bratislava. Less polished narratives, more war... or better yet, campfire stories from the field 🔥 A place for the lessons, decisions and experiences behind production systems to be shared openly. Don't miss a thing, more info coming soon!

  • Great to be back in Warsaw 🇵🇱 2022 was our first connection with the Polish #AWS community at the AWS Pop-up in Warsaw and we promised ourselves we’d come back bigger. In 2025 we joined AWS Community Day Baltic in Gdynia and fast forward to 2026, we’re proud to have been a sponsor of AWS Summit Warsaw 2026 alongside 4000+ people talking cloud-native, infrastructure, AI and community. Our CEO Adam signed Labyrinth Labs onto the 100 Second Challenge leadership board 💪 And it was great meeting people we work with daily in person, from our partners to AWS folks & community friends. Some conversations were spontaneous, some planned. Some happened on the summit floor, some over lunch and some over a proper old fashioned beer 🍻 Looking forward to our next time in Poland! #AWSinCEE #CloudNative

  • AWS for Startups in Prague! ☁️ After successful editions in Athens, Sofia and Bucharest, AWS for Startups is coming to Prague for the first time. Building a startup is exciting, but it’s also about making the right decisions early on. What to build, how to scale and where to invest time and money. Cloud can accelerate all of that. But only if it’s done right. Join us together with other founders, engineers, investors and startup teams for lessons on scaling products, managing cloud costs, AI infrastructure, funding programs and building without unnecessary overhead. 📍 Radlická Kulturní Sportovna, Prague 📅 June 2nd, 2026 🎟️ Sign up: https://luma.com/wkjvwp4t P.S. We’re not ending at 16:30. The event continues in the evening in collaboration with Startup Kitchen, TRUESDAYS & Technology Incubation! #AWSinCEE #StartupEcosystem #CloudNative

  • #coolstuff ing-switch is a migration tool for teams moving from Ingress NGINX to Traefik or Gateway API. It scans your cluster, detects which ingress controllers you use, checks annotation compatibility, and generates the manifests and configs needed for the migration. The nice part is that it also creates validation scripts, cleanup steps, DNS migration guides and a clean HTML report you can share with the rest of the team. A practical tool for making Kubernetes ingress migrations far less painful.

Most infrastructure problems are really "we'll deal with it later" problems. 🏗 And "later" tends to show up at the worst possible moment. A missed launch, a 3am call, an angry customer or a board question nobody can answer clearly. By then, all the unglamorous foundation no one wanted to think about (networking, IAM, observability) has to be fixed under pressure, which is the most expensive way to do it. 💸 That’s why LARA exists. We already spent years building the foundations and solving these problems, so your team doesn’t have to start from zero. Fero Volár and I recently shared the details with Startitup: pricing, the AWS side, why we grew without investors and what LARA actually does. Big thanks to the Startitup team and Linda Cebrová for sharing our story. 🚀 🔗 Link to the full article is in the comments. What's the most expensive piece of "later" you've had to pay for?

  • IT careers don’t always start with a technical degree or a perfectly planned roadmap 🗺️ Last week, as Labyrinth Labs hosted Girls’ Day 2026 by AjTyvIT, our cloud crew Laura, Zuzana, Eva & Zuzana had a chance to step back and reflect on how they actually got here themselves and here's the full story https://lnkd.in/dXFiSEwC They didn’t grow up planning careers in IT. But through curiosity, opportunity and a willingness to step outside their comfort zones, they each found their place in tech. At Girls’Day 2026, they shared those journeys with the next generation of women considering the industry. At the end, we were genuinely happy to hear that their stories resonated with the girls and helped them see IT as an industry full of different paths, possibilities and opportunities. #LabLabs #NoBullshit

  • The first AWS Community Day Athens 2026 is behind us and it definitely didn’t disappoint 🇬🇷 Great turnout, great people and a refreshing chance to experience the #AWS community atmosphere outside of CEE for a change. Our Head of Engineering Martin Hauskrecht shared his thoughts on: Are Platforms Still Needed in the Age of AI? to a packed room, alongside many other great sessions throughout the day. We also had the chance to meet plenty of interesting companies, startups and community folks along the way. Huge thanks to AWS User Group Athens, Thanasis Daglis and Konstantinos Siaterlis for putting together such a great event 👏
