𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐥𝐲 𝐅𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬: 𝐌𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢-𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞 - 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐱 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐚 𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤. In structured products, a single deal rarely maps to a single trade. It often involves multiple clients, intermediaries and commission flows - yet still needs to result in one consistent P&L and one auditable record. In practice, this leads to fragmented booking: multiple entries for one deal, commissions handled separately, and P&L rebuilt after the fact. This edition explores how the Multi-Trade Module addresses this - by modeling trades as a single multi-leg structure rather than a collection of isolated entries. 𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞, 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐬, 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰. Not just a change in trade capture, but in how the full deal is structured and tracked. 📘 Read the full analysis here: https://lnkd.in/dKhP7r26

Technology, Information and Internet
Quickly and easily create, book, price, and manage any structured investment product
About us
LexiFi provides software for the pricing, document generation and management of derivatives and structured products. Financial institutions and technology firms partner with LexiFi to boost their analytical and processing capabilities for tailored financial products. Investment banks, asset managers and private banks compete on their ability to provide tailored financial solutions. The delivery of custom investment, financing and risk transfer solutions as well as upcoming financial regulations compels providers to: rapidly design new financial products; clearly communicate to clients all information and timely performance reports relative to the products (terms, conditions, risks, rewards, life-cycle events etc), while potentially managing large and complex portfolios. LexiFi has developed two complementary offerings to serve the respective needs of end-users and application developers: • LexiFi Apropos, a software platform for the pricing and management of derivatives and structured products; and • Instrument Box, a technical component bringing together LexiFi’s core technologies and designed to be embedded in new or existing third-party applications. LexiFi technologies radically simplify the development of applications for managing tailored financial products. Unlike other financial contract modeling approaches, LexiFi’s formal language supports both pricing and operational management. LexiFi’s products are powered by an original formalism for describing financial contracts, the result of a long-term research and development effort that received both industry and academic awards.

On March 25, LexiFi gathered clients and partners from its Paris ecosystem at the Aquarium de Paris. These moments matter. Our platform is used daily by teams who structure, price and distribute products, and increasingly by those who take decisions closer to the end client. The relationships behind these workflows are as critical as the technology itself. The setting was intentionally different. Away from the usual conference environment, it created space for conversations to unfold more freely - extending beyond formal discussions and reflecting the way our work is actually done: collaboratively, across functions, and over time. The evening began with a private visit of the aquarium, followed by a live performance by Concert des Cimes. From Bach to Chopin to jazz reinterpretations, the programme echoed something familiar to us: different structures, different interpretations, the same requirement for precision. For more than twenty-five years, LexiFi has been building technology where precision is not optional. As our platform becomes more embedded across workflows and closer to decision-making, this requirement only increases. But beyond the models and the platform, what sustains this work is trust - built over time with clients and partners who share the same standards. Thank you to everyone who joined us. 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐥𝐲 𝐅𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬: Adapting to Any Workflow – Flexibility Without Fragmentation Issuers, brokers, private banks, and asset managers each operate with distinct systems and processes. Yet all rely on the same LexiFi foundation - lifecycle management, trade capture, product monitoring, and reporting - while shaping workflows specific to their own operational logic. This edition explores how one platform adapts to many environments, preserving consistency across functions, systems, and teams. Same platform, different workflows, without losing coherence. 📘 Read the full analysis here: https://lnkd.in/eBrQENTm

As 2025 comes to an end, we’d like to thank all those who have been part of LexiFi’s journey this year — clients, partners, and the many teams who bring our technology to life every day. This year, we continued to refine what we do best: Turning the complexity of structured products into clear, reliable, and elegant systems. Each project has been a step toward more automation, transparency, and collaboration across the industry. We're proud of what we’ve built — and even more inspired by what’s ahead. 2026 will bring new partnerships, product evolutions, and new ways to help our clients turn innovation into impact. Until then, we wish you all a peaceful holiday season — and a bright start to the year ahead ✨

©Sophie Lloyd

That’s what leading banks and advisors achieve with LexiFi: scalability built on architecture, not manpower. In this month’s Monthly Focus, we explore how LexiFi’s symbolic contract layer turns complexity into code and drives measurable scale across the full product lifecycle: ⚙️ 5× output growth without additional headcount 📉 60–80 % fewer manual interventions ⚡ Faster onboarding of new structures 👉 Access the full analysis here: https://lnkd.in/eqe697f4

LexiFi at FUN OCaml 2025 🐫 We were proud to take part in the second edition of FUN OCaml, held this year in Warsaw — a vibrant gathering for the OCaml community that blends open-source hacking, high-quality talks, and great people. As part of our ongoing effort to give back to the community that powers so much of what we do, LexiFi sponsored the event, and our colleague Nicolás Ojeda Bär contributed both a 30-minute talk and a 2-hour hands-on workshop. 🎙️ Talk — 25 Years of OCaml at LexiFi A retrospective look at how OCaml has shaped LexiFi’s technology since its creation — from compiler contributions and language extensions to our development practices, build systems, and the type-reflection “secret sauce” that powers much of our productivity. 👉Watch the talk in the live recording (from 3:15:29) https://lnkd.in/d6BveZwp 🧠 Workshop — Adding Type Reflection to the Compiler Participants built a simplified version of our type-reflection system from scratch — exploring how it integrates into the OCaml compiler. More details here: 👉 https://lnkd.in/dMxTkmPk Huge thanks to the organizers and community for an inspiring event! You can read the full blog post by Nicolás here: 👉 https://lnkd.in/de8cCcEe
