    ❌ Die ehrlichsten Gespräche finden selten im eigenen Unternehmen statt. | anzeige In meiner Zeit als Angestellte und Selbstständige habe ich oft erlebt, wie sehr uns ehrlicher Austausch im Arbeitsalltag fehlt. Und damit meine ich nicht im Meetingraum oder im Jour Fixe. Ich meine beim Kaffee, auf Events, oder einfach im lockeren Gespräch mit Menschen, die ähnliche Herausforderungen kennen. Gespräche über Überforderung, Unsicherheiten, Konflikte, mentale Gesundheit. Ich denke, das liegt daran, dass Arbeit heute für viele auch Bühne ist. Wir wollen professionell wirken, souverän sein, funktionieren. 💡Aber natürlich haben trotzdem alle dieselben Fragen: ✔️Bin ich überfordert? ✔️Mache ich das eigentlich gut genug? ✔️Geht es nur mir so? ✔️Wie gehen andere mit Konflikten oder Druck um? Genau deshalb werden Netzwerke, Communities und Offline-Events gerade so wichtig. Denn wir alle sehnen uns nach echten Gesprächen mit Menschen, die ähnliche Herausforderungen kennen. Daher finde ich die Idee hinter People Over Perks von Leapsome spannend: Eine Community, die genau solche Gespräche für HR möglich machen will.
