Every year, in hundreds of communities across the United States, riders on our Lime Access program take millions of reduced fare trips. We know that recent possible changes to SNAP and other federal assistance programs have raised concerns for many riders who rely on Lime Access to get to work, to connect to friends and family, or to bridge the transportation gaps in their neighborhoods. As the temporary SNAP funding pause creates uncertainty for many, we want to reassure our Lime Access riders: your benefits will not be affected, whether the government is open or not. Lime is standing by our riders, ensuring uninterrupted access to the mobility options you depend on every day. Lime is committed to advancing clean, alternative transportation for everyone. We’re excited to announce the launch of our shared e-scooter service in San Miguel, bringing 500 new vehicles to one of Santiago’s most vibrant and connected communities. ⚡🛴 Here’s how we’re celebrating: 🦺 We hosted a First Ride Academy — a free hands-on safety training to help new riders learn how to ride responsibly and confidently. 📲 We’re offering free unlocks through November 21 to make it even easier to try a cleaner, faster way to move.
