    A few months ago, I burned out without even realising it. My calendar was full. My inbox never stopped. I had 27 tabs open and was still asking myself, what am I even doing? I was replying to DMs at midnight. Jumping between calls and content. Trying to do it all and ending up drained. It looked like work. But it wasn’t progress. One morning, I sat with my coffee and thought: “I’m busy. But nothing’s actually moving.” So I started cutting things down: - I deleted what didn’t matter. - Automated what I didn't need. - Keep only what delivers results. Since then, my days feel lighter. My work feels sharper. And I finally have space to think and grow. That’s why now I only use tools that help me stay in that zone. Here’s a quick lead workflow that keeps me consistent 👇 1.
