Since 1998, Outten & Golden has stood as a national powerhouse. They've represented employees and executives across cases involving discrimination, wage-and-hour disputes, class-action lawsuits, and workplace rights. Over the past year, we’ve partnered with their leadership on a multi-faceted and comprehensive rebrand. From deep-dive leadership alignment and immersion, messaging, and a new visual identity, to an on-site photoshoot, 3D renderings, merchandise, swag, and a completely rebuilt website that captures their evolution and enduring mission.   • For this generative AI platform, we explored an early concept inspired by the ripple effect. A visual metaphor for how their tech moves through an organization, amplifying performance at every touchpoint. Every draft, sketch, and rendering shaped what came next. The system evolved through motion, featuring fluid typography, adaptive layout, and data visuals that reflected the brand’s idea: transformation through flow. We don’t see early work as throwaway.
