    It started at Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business when I convinced Norty Cohen to take a weekend class with me called: "Growing A Family Business." The class was run by two professors (father & son) who showcased why having multiple generations can provide businesses with new perspectives, capabilities & innovation. Well, after 12+ years of working together - we were honored last week at the St. Louis Business Journal family business awards. Norty looked at me and said, "maybe I should speak?" I responded: I got this (if you know me, you know). Norty made a really important decision to build a brand at Moosylvania - not just a business. It continues to grow at 22 years young and has become a nationally recognized agency. In addition to all of these things (and being a great dad), he's also employed hundreds if not thousands of people. He's stayed relevant and ahead of the curve through things like the internet, social media, and now AI. I couldn't be more proud to share the stage with him and lead Moose today.     Fortune covered Cracker Barrel’s recent rebrand and the backlash that followed, which we got to be part of ... https://lnkd.in/gzuHwKnv This is a good reminder that a rebrand is much more than just a design choice. It's about understanding the entire landscape - consumer emotion, cultural context and the heritage that shapes how people connect with a brand. Done well, it builds relevance ... done poorly, it risks alienating your biggest fans. Hopefully Cracker Barrel can bounce back from this ... IMO a road trip isn't complete without a stop there!     The internet loves the unexpected. Enter: Cedric The Entertainer. *Wait* What? We recently signed Cedric, a globally recognized entertainer, as a client. That's just one of the first unexpected twists of this story. Our relationship began at lunch talking about social media and an hour later, we were at Arby's shooting content for his AC BBQ collaboration. 5 posts, 1MM earned organic impressions. And you should have seen the Arby's employees faces when Cedric walked in. Unexpected to say the least. We've been crafting and refining his feed, building stronger & more relevant content to bring to life: Cedric the *Social* Entertainer. Our latest twist? A viral video about his shaving habits (Harry's - here's another reminder) that earned over 5MM impressions from media outlets: The Shade Room & The Breakfast Club. If you would have told me a year ago that we'd be working with a global entertainer's social media.. I may not have been shocked, but damn is it unexpected. ---- As a 21+ year old creative agency, Moosylvania continues to invest in building our brand & our clients brands.     This June, in honor of Pride Month, the Herd made our way to the St. Louis History Museum to visit the Gateway To Pride exhibit. Together, we learned about the rich LGBTQIA+ history of our city and the experiences of this community. We were thrilled to support our local museum and visit the first-ever full-scale exhibit of its kind while honoring the contributions and history of the LGBTQIA+ community. Thank you to the St. Louis History Museum for creating such a beautiful and impactful exhibit!

Fashion and beauty bloggers are telling their followers which commonly hawked items are overhyped. Travel creators are urging fans away from spots that aren’t worth it.
