Distributors and manufacturers lose hours every week on bad quotes. Wrong pricing, missing margin, items that shouldn't ship together. We built Quote Audit to catch it before it becomes a problem. Watch what happens when AI validates a quote in real time. 👇

Behind every great product is a team that iterates relentlessly. We're growing ours. Founding Marketer, Infrastructure Engineer, and AI Engineers. Link below. 👇 https://lnkd.in/gXgGGCFQ
Our team photo took five tries. Stephen called me out for putting my fingers on the lens. I was annoyed at the kitchen lighting. Nobody could agree on how to sit. We got there eventually - and honestly, that’s kind of the whole thing with us. Iterate, get feedback, figure out what works. Whether it’s a message that lands, a feature that actually solves something, or a team photo you don’t hate. I’m proud of what this group has built and the customers who trust us with the hardest parts of their operations. We’re early. The opportunity is real and it’s big. We’re hiring a few people who want to feel their work matters - a Founding Marketer, a Founding Infrastructure Engineer, and AI Engineers. People who want to build for companies moving real physical goods. If that’s you or someone you know: https://lnkd.in/gKFYM43w or DM me / hiring@matterhaul.com

Excited to sponsor Applied AI for Distributors 2026 and be part of a conversation that cuts through the noise. AI isn’t about flashy demos or one-click transformation. Real value happens when it’s embedded into the workflows, systems, and daily operations that actually run a business. Shawn Razek, CEO at Matterhaul, shared exactly that in this conversation and it’s a big part of what makes this event so relevant. Looking forward to a great conference and more honest conversations about what it really takes to scale AI!
AI isn’t a magic button where you click it once and everything runs itself? That’s the myth. In our conversation with Shawn Razek, CEO at Matterhaul, he broke down where AI actually delivers value: when it’s embedded into execution — workflows, systems, and day-to-day operations — not just writing emails or summaries. That’s the difference between experimenting with AI and scaling it across an organization. This is exactly what we’re unpacking at Applied AI for Distributors 2026. AI shouldn’t be a spectator sport. That’s why we’re excited for Matterhaul to support this hands-on workshop at ISA26. This isn’t another “here’s what AI could do” session, it’s a working session where you’ll actually build. If you’re in distribution, manufacturing, or industrial tech and want practical ways to apply AI back at the office immediately, this is the room to be in. Kudos to Nick Pericle and Brian Hopkins for leading what will be one of the most actionable sessions at ISA26! Get the details: https://lnkd.in/eyQGnxYd Register: https://lnkd.in/esDBWfwD
This is not an AI session where you sit and listen. This is a session where you do. At ISA26, this hands-on AI workshop is designed to be different than what’s been done before. Attendees will bring their laptops and actively build applications while learning how distributors, manufacturers, and technology companies across the industrial channel are already using AI to solve real problems. Rather than watching demonstrations, everyone in the room will be building, regardless of experience level. The session focuses on practical techniques for using AI tools to create workflows, applications, and solutions that can be applied back at the office immediately. The workshop will be led by Nick Pericle, Founder of Tenexity, and Brian Hopkins, Chief Operating Officer at Distribution Strategy Group, with support from session sponsor Matterhaul. If you’re ready to move from hearing about AI to actually using it, this session is built for you. Seating for this workshop is limited! Register early to secure your spot. 👉 Get the session details: https://lnkd.in/eyQGnxYd 👉 Register for ISA26: https://lnkd.in/esDBWfwD

It has been great building, growing the team and meeting with customers. We have been building a great foundation for our product and team.
It’s hard to believe it’s already been three months since we started Matterhaul. It’s been an incredibly fun ride so far…getting our first office, hiring our first team members, countless whiteboard sessions, and building product from scratch. My favorite part has been how deeply we’ve focused on our customers. Every two weeks, we visit our design partners onsite to see their day-to-day workflows firsthand and demo our progress live to get real feedback. Those visits have been game-changing as we’ve uncovered insights we never would’ve found through phone calls or Zoom alone. There’s something special about using AI and technology to solve real, physical-world challenges and that’s what gets me excited every single day. On Fridays, I’ll often walk into a distributor just to observe how business gets done, see how people interact, make decisions, and get product out the door. There’s no substitute for seeing and hearing how your customers actually run their operations and where they spend time. Of course, we make time to celebrate too. Last week, after a successful onsite, our team went out for brunch to reflect on how far we’ve come (and plan what’s next). We’re just getting started and we’re hiring! We’re looking for a Founding Designer and continuing to grow our core engineering team. If you want to build where AI meets the built world, we’d love to meet you. matterhaul.com/careers
