  • Mautic API Library 4.0.0 is now released 🎉 This version focuses on modernizing the library and improving reliability, while also adding new capabilities. Here’s a simple breakdown of what’s included: • More flexible HTTP handling The library now uses a PSR-18 compliant HTTP client instead of cURL. This means you can choose your own client like Guzzle or Symfony, depending on what fits your setup. • Updated PHP requirement Now requires PHP 8.0 or higher, aligning with newer Mautic versions and enabling better performance and cleaner code. • Improved logging support The logger now properly follows the LoggerAwareInterface standard and uses LoggerAwareTrait, making logging more consistent and easier to work with. • New feature: Point Groups API You can now manage point groups directly through the API, matching the capabilities available in Mautic core. • Bug fixes and stability improvements Several issues have been fixed, including: ✅  deprecation warnings with strlen() when handling null values in newer PHP versions ✅ getMauticVersion() failing due to case-sensitive headers ✅ incorrect handling of empty DEC filter values ✅ authentication failures not being properly flagged This release has been tested by the community since the beta, and it reflects a strong collaborative effort.
