Who is a woman who’s made an impact on your career? #IWD26 LinkedIn m’a proposé ce thème et j’ai réalisé une chose: toute ma carrière s’est construite auprès de femmes leaders. Des femmes dont j’ai énormément appris, chacune avec un style de leadership différent, mais avec un point commun : elles prenaient leur place, naturellement, sans se remettre en question (du moins dans mes yeux d’employée). Maripierre D'Amour, Ségolène Roederer, Diane Leblanc, Caroline Fortier, Brigitte Chabot, Mélanie Mingotaud, Dominique Villeneuve. Et bien sûr, ma “boss” des neufs dernières années, Myriam Belzile-Maguire. Je me considère chanceuse : le leadership au féminin a toujours été ma norme, alors que pour plusieurs, ce n’est toujours pas le cas. Et comme on dit representation matter.

Today we’re celebrating the women who make Maguire what it is. From our founders to the team behind the scenes, women represent 90% of our company. Each year, on International Women’s Day, we’re reminded how important it is to keep making room for women’s voices, ideas and leadership, and never take that for granted. We feel incredibly lucky to be surrounded by such talented, creative and dedicated women every day.

With the shift in seasons comes a shift in rhythm. Our Spring ’26 collection, rooted in renewal and the quiet confidence that comes with dressing for yourself, is officially rolling out! Inspired by slower mornings, longer days, and more time spent outdoors, the collection leans into softened yet vivid hues, breathable leathers, organic lines, and playful textures like mesh and perforation, proposing pieces that feel light on the body and grounded in intention. This season’s campaign brings that energy to life - a heartfelt thank you to Samuel Fournier, Mitchell Wright, Aljosa Alijagic, Jessica Cohen, Uma Desrochers Tong and the full creative team who helped shape this story! Excited to share we will be at the CIFF · Copenhagen International Fashion Fair, during Copenhagen Fashion Week from January 27 to 29 2026! Our team Myriam Belzile-Maguire, Florence Brouard and Roy Ortizo will be present to introduce the FW26 collection for the first time to Europe and international buyers. Europe has long inspired our approach to design, and Copenhagen feels like the right place to begin this new chapter.
