Congratulations to our client, State Street Global Advisors for setting the Guinness World Records™ title for the most people to ring a bell in an hour - 533! The certification took place in Times Square, alongside a spectacular display of digital billboards launching the brand’s latest campaign, “Getting There Starts Here.” In 1993, State Street democratized investing and put the power of the stock market into everyone’s hands. With the launch of over 20 new ETFs and the new campaign, State Street renewed its commitment to helping investors of all means achieve their financial goals. At Tuesday’s launch, SSGA CEO, Yie-Hsin Hung encouraged the world to ring along with her while Gwen Stefani played a surprise concert to an excited crowd. 

Congratulations to our CEO, Amber Guild for being named one of She Runs It's 2025 Working Mother of the Year!   As a mom of two, Amber proudly carries the legacy of the women before her who have fought to ensure that with each generation came more opportunities. At the inaugural Blackweek conference last week, our CEO, Amber Guild, moderated a panel alongside Charisse Hughes, Kellanova and Allison Stadd, Shipt to discuss how they are prioritizing and modeling diversity as a growth driver. Amber shared “If we really think about diversity, equity, and inclusion, it’s not just the right thing to do; it is the only thing to do for growth. Then it becomes about how we’re unlocking human possibilities for business opportunities.” The conversation dived into investing in partnerships and campaigns designed to engage diverse consumers to unlocking new audiences through employee training programs to the importance of allyship. Yesterday, McCanners attended the inaugural Blackweek conference in NYC, where they listened to and met with industry leaders ready to engage and drive action for change.   In the morning, our CEO, Amber Guild moderated the panel, “Pioneers: Women at the Forefront of Prioritizing & Modeling Diversity as a Growth Strategy,” accompanied by Kellanova’s Chief Growth Officer, Charisse Hughes and Shipt SVP of Brand Culture & Media, Allison Stadd, discussing the impactful role diversity plays in business growth. Later in the day, Amber sat down with Danny Robinson, CEO of The Martin Agency to have an open conversation about their journey thus far, offering enlightening truths about being a Black CEO today.   Thank you Blackweek and congratulations!
