Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting “Google Cloud & Meister: How to build a solid data foundation for faster insights” at our office. It was fantastic to see so many of you join us for a deep dive into all things data! We explored some exciting topics, from Meister’s journey to self-serve analytics to leveraging Google’s powerful data tools and strategies. There were also plenty of great discussions, insights, and – of course – delicious snacks and drinks to keep the energy up 🥂 A huge thank you to all who attended. Was ist #Innovation? Diese Frage stellen wir uns nicht nur in der Volksbank in Ostwestfalen, auch in Köln war die Frage gegenwärtig. Darauf hat Thorsten Hahn bei der #InnovationsForBanks vom BANKINGCLUB allerdings auch keine eindeutige Antwort gegeben 😉 Dafür hat er uns Speaker auf der Bühne präsentiert die jeweils ihre eigene Innovations-Story mitgebracht haben. Ein bunter Mix diese #Innovation 😀 💡 Tim Klopsch hat mich beeindruckt wie schnell ein KI Projekt in einer großen Bank anlaufen kann, definitiv eine Benchmark für mich 😲 💡 🔴 Dr. Philipp Schmitz der mir mit der Frage: Wo sind unsere Daten? Einige Fragen und Ideen mit auf den Weg gegeben hat. 💡 Eike Suckow hat ein paar Blumen ans Geno-Lager verteilt, aber die Pain-Points von fehlender Offenheit im Banking sehr deutlich gemacht Natürlich darf ich hier nicht Oliver Christian Adam, Kateryna Pugachova und Julia Borshkova von Meister nicht vergessen! #EuRuKo 2024: What an event! 👏 We had a truly incredible time in Sarajevo. There were lots of highlights, but nothing tops the panel discussion from Ruby legends Matz, Jose Valim and Dave Thomas. As diehard Ruby and Elixir fans, we jumped at the chance to have dinner with Matz and Jose after the conference and pick their brains about all things programming. Congratulations for organizing such an amazing event, Muhamed Isabegovic — and a big thank you for an unforgettable experience.
