Midbound.ai — a B2B website intelligence platform that helps marketing and sales teams uncover the dark funnel and act on hidden demand. We identify anonymous website visitors at the person & company level, showing exactly who’s engaging with your content. We have our champions now it’s time to layer the signals. ⚙️ in this round, we’re pulling from two worlds: 🔹 alumni table ➡️ champions who moved to new companies 🔹 web reveal table ➡️ accounts showing live intent now, when a champion joins a new company that’s already lighting up your web visits. you’ve got something special. alumni + intent in motion. that’s your moment. your “hey congrats on the new role... looks like the team’s already exploring us 👀” icebreaker. in the clip, you’ll see: ✅ moved ➡️ new qualified company ✅ web signal detected ✅ recent promotion (within 3 months) stack those filters... and you’re looking at the holy grail of GTM timing: relationship + intent + momentum. this is how you turn alumni tracking into a live radar for warm re-entry plays. build it in Clay ➡️ sync your web intel from Vector 👻 + Midbound ➡️ and let the signals guide your next move. — shawn 🧙♂️ | your lead alchemist gtm plays every day

    Founder / CEO @ ColdIQ | Scale Outbound with AI & Tech 👉 coldiq.com

This 4-step ABM system generated $2M in pipeline in 90 days (And most B2B orgs can reproduce it) Here's the step-by-step process: 1. Build your initial list - We analysed closed/won accounts to build our ICP model. - We used Ocean.io to find similar companies. - We used Clay to qualify & enrich contacts. Result = 1250 high-potential accounts uploaded to our LinkedIn Ads campaign manager. 2. Prepare LinkedIn content for thought-leadership ads - We analyzed our latest 100 qualified sales calls. - Analyze pain points, objections, & words they use. - Study high-performing posts in client's niche using Taplio. - Published on LinkedIn across active leadership accounts (CEO, CMO...) 3. Promote successful content on LinkedIn - Every post became an ad creative to be promoted in front of our 1250 high-potential accounts. - We track pipeline generated with GA4 UTMs. - We use HubSpot to track the journey from impressions → engagement → pipeline. - We use Fibbler to measure ad engagement & influence over pipeline. - After 1 month: we activate MOF & BOF retargeting when target audiences are warmed up. 4. Re-engage ICP fit via warm outbound. - We monitored every like and comment via Clay. - We deanonymized visitors via Instantly / RB2B / Midbound. - We routed qualified leads via Clay to Instantly.ai automated sequences. Result: $2M in pipeline. In under 90 days. Ivan Falco calls it "Creator-led ABM" (I'm looking for a name I like better, sorry, Ivan.) I think of it like a GTM Flywheel... In which each channel feeds & fuels the others: LinkedIn Ads ↔ Outbound ↔ LinkedIn Content... Working in sync towards a joint objective. Want us to implement this for you? Send a DM :) P.S: If you want to learn more about this system, Ivan Falco recorded a masterclass including the formulas, frameworks, timing & entire workflows you can leverage to reproduce these results. Lmk if you want it in the comments!

So, here's the deal: 97% of people ghost your contact forms and ignore your carefully crafted campaigns. Ouch. But what if you could unmask those mysterious website visitors? That's precisely what this product does! It reveals who's lurking on your site, even if they're not raising their hand. Not every visitor is a goldmine, but identifying the qualified ones is. Priceless. It ensures you're not wasting precious resources on casual browsers. I'm curious to know how to turn those anonymous clicks into real connections. #LeadGeneration #MarketingTech #SaaS #WebsiteOptimization Midbound Eli Freedman

I build 7-figure funnels. Now helping ColdIQ scale $6M → $20M ARR. Award-winning strategist with 8+ yrs scaling coaching, SaaS & agencies.

How I'd find my first 10 B2B clients if I had to start from 0: (It's what I've done to build my first 7 figure business) 1/ I'd find a cheap way to get my brand out there. You have more time than money when you start. So I’d begin with an acquisition channel that takes time, but doesn't cost much. For example: - Blog posts. - YouTube videos. - LinkedIn publications. -Organic marketing (content & engage) - Answering questions in communities. I tried all of the above. But social media organic marketing had the biggest impact in the shortest timeframe. I recommend to all my friends in B2B to start with that, LinkedIn specifically is where most of your B2B founders hangs out. Tools you can use: - @Tapli / Scripe (ideation) - Canva / Figma (design) 2/ I'd direct this 'visibility' to an optimised landing page/funnel (can also be your LinkedIn profile funnel) Your goal is for visitors to understand how you can help them as soon as they land on your page. You can do so through a short video sales letter (your VSL funnel) in which you break down how you can help. (Our conversion 3X'd when we filmed one for the first time). Some people won't be ready to buy straight away. I'd recommend creating a lead magnet to grab their email addresses and nurture them over the long term. For those who don't give you their email addresses, you can use visitor identification tools to de-anonymise them. Tools you can use: - Instantly.ai / Vector 👻 / Midbound (visitor identification) 3/ I'd re-engage with 'good-fit' prospects I'd reach out to every prospect who is a good fit but hasn't messaged you yet. I'd write the first 50 messages by hand, before looking to automate. I’d use our “Sell by chat” framework (comment “Chat” & I’ll send it to you) At the beginning I’d keep it simple, something along the lines of: "Hey {{first_name}}, looks like my post on {topic} landed well. Are you working on {initiative}? Happy to swap notes if useful." Whatever you write... the magic when you send manual notes on DMs, Whatsap, email (after enrichment) is that you constantly improve the messaging. This helps you uncover patterns that you can later use to scale or automate your sending. Tools you can use: - Prospeo.io / LeadMagic / FullEnrich (finding emails) - Instantly.ai / Woodpecker.co (sending emails) - @Expandi.io (sending LinkedIn DMs) - lemlist (LinkedIn + Emails + WhatsApp... & call) 4/ I'd repeat Steps 1-3 for at least 3 months before allowing myself to give up. (You cannot lose if you don’t give up) This works. But it requires more work than many are willing to do. And... it requires that you keep pushing even when you're not seeing results just yet. That said. Do it enough times and you'll inevitably improve. P.S: Who's launching something new in 2026👇

Your AI sales stack will make or break 2026. Let’s talk about the AI stack every sales pro needs. AI isn’t replacing sales reps. It’s replacing slow ones. The best-performing teams in 2025 aren’t adding more tools, they’re building smarter stacks. Here’s what a lean, effective AI sales stack looks like today 👇 AI Agents → Relevance AI (Agent Builder) → Instantly.ai (Reply Agent) → Clay (Research Agent) → n8n (Agent Builder) → + Artisan (AI SDR) CRM → BreakcoldHubSpotAttio Data Enrichment → Prospeo.io io → LeadMagicFullEnrichWiza → + Clay Data Scraping → Instant Data Scraper → FirecrawlApify → Clay Data Sourcing → Openmart → Ocean io → LinkedIn → Exa Intent Signals → Common RoomUnify → Clay MCPs → Docker, IncPipedreamComposioCursor → + Claude Messaging → Octave → Twain Sales Assistants → Momentum.ioAttentionClaapGetSales.io Visitor Identification → MidboundRB2B Workflows → Relevance AI (Agentic Workflows) → AirOps (AI SEO Workflows) → Clay (GTM Workflows) → Default (Inbound Workflows) → n8n (General Automations) The result? More time for selling, less time for admin. More insights, fewer “just checking in” emails. More wins, fewer what-ifs.

    Co-Founder & CRO @ Midbound | Person-Based Website Intelligence for Modern GTM | Fusion#16

We’re hiring a Founding Engineer & Product Owner. Not a regular role. This is for someone who wants real ownership - the kind that shapes a company’s future. Midbound is a US-based, VC-backed company with 3 founders across Israel and Hungary. We launched 5 months ago, passed 6 figures in ARR, and already power leading GTM teams around the world uncovering their dark funnel. Our CTO, P., is leading mdb.tools - the data engine that makes it all possible, while Eli Freedman and I run GTM and operations, scaling the company faster than most teams twice our size. You’ll take full ownership of the Midbound Platform - the product layer that turns that data into a powerful, intuitive experience used by high-growth teams globally. We just shipped v2 and are now building v3 - the version that defines the category and changes how B2B teams operate. This isn’t a job - it’s a founder seat. Salary + equity. Full ownership. A key role in building one of the fastest-moving companies in our space. We’re looking for someone who truly knows their craft - strong engineering, real product sense, and an eye for design that moves the needle. We’re going all in on v3, and it’s going to change the game. Reach out for all the details! Or tag someone who should be part of this.

been testing a new web reveal setup in clay that completely changes how I track intent 👇. part iv of workflows I use every day as a gtme web reveal isn’t just about identifying who stopped by... it’s about connecting that visit to real pipeline movement. With a Clay Pro plan and your CRM connected, you can cross-match those visitors against your CRM and see a whole new story. ✅ How many deals in your pipeline are visiting your site? ✅ Which accounts went dark but just came back? 👀 Do you know if your outbound targets actually show up after your calls or LinkedIn touches? now with Clay's new Web Intent feature, you can track website activity at the account level.... no webhooks needed. That alone is powerful for scoring intent and surfacing active accounts. But don’t stop there. Take it a step further and track engagement at the persona level using tools like Midbound and Vector 👻 . That’s where you turn anonymous visits into actionable signals. Below is a quick workflow demo: ✅ run a web reveal webhook into Clay, ✅ compare that against a target account list, ✅ filter to only those accounts, then run a warm, intent-driven outreach right to the people already visiting your site. Web Reveal isn’t just about finding leads. It’s about tracking intent and knowing where to focus next. Helping $1M+ B2B companies scale past $5M+ | Head of Growth @ColdIQ ($2M→$6M in 10 months) | Outbound, ABM & LinkedIn Ads

The old-school GTM team is dead. These AI-stacked roles replace 20 people on your payroll. I helped ColdIQ scale to $6M ARR in under 2 years with a lean AI GTM team. Here's the AI-stacked team we use (and build for $10M+ ARR clients): ☑ Marketing: AI Content Marketer → Scripe, Claude, Sora, Ideogram AI SEO/Search Engineer → AirOps, Mentions, Surfer, Ahrefs AI Demand Gen/ABM → ZenABM, Perspective, Momentum.io, Clay ☑ Sales: GTM Engineer → Apify, Valley, Clay, Instantly.ai Account Executive → Attention, Qwilr, Default, Attio AI SDR → Aircall, Midbound, FullEnrich, Common Room ☑ Operations: RevOps → Attio, Usermaven, Common Room, Clay Automation & Workflow Engineer → Default, AirOps, Relevance AI, Voiceflow AI Agent Builder → n8n, Claude MCP, Relevance AI, Lovable The shift isn't about replacing people. It's about stacking them with the right tools to 10x their output. The companies winning right now aren't the ones with the biggest teams. They're the ones with the smartest tool stacks and AI systems. If you're trying to scale past $5M ARR without an AI structure, you're burning cash on inefficiency. The AI GTM team isn't the future. It's already here. What is your next hire?

    Helping $1M+ B2B companies scale past $5M+ | Head of Growth @ColdIQ ($2M→$6M in 10 months) | Outbound, ABM & LinkedIn Ads

$2M to pipeline in 90 days using this 4-step ABM system. It took me 8 months to build and perfect. Here's the full step-by-step process: 1. List Building - We analyzed closed-won accounts and built an ICP model. - Used Ocean.io, Apollo, PandaMatch 🐼 for broad lists - Clay to enrich and qualify. - Result: 1,250 high-ROI accounts uploaded to LinkedIn Ads. 2. LinkedIn Content - Analyzed 50 sales calls from ICP lookalikes. - Pulled vocabulary, pain points, objections. - Analyzed high-performing posts in the niche with Scripe. - Fed it into Claude + our content frameworks → created 16 posts for our exact ICP. - Posted across clients' CEO, CMO accounts, and company page. 3. LinkedIn Ads - Every content piece became an ad targeting our ABM list. - Every single post with GA4 UTMs. - HubSpot dashboard to track impressions → engagement → pipeline. - Fibbler/ZenABM to track ad influence deals in pipeline. - After 1 month: activated MOF/BOF retargeting when audiences warmed or engaged. *Bonus: See my LinkedIn Ads funnel framework pinned in first comment. 4. Outbound - Clay monitored every like, comment, profile view (Teamfluence). - ZenABM/Fibbler to track company-level engagement. - RB2B or Midbound to track and deanonymize website visitors. Everything routed to Clay: → High-engaged accounts and contacts → enriched, qualified → routed to reps or automated sequences in Instantly.ai. Result: $2M pipeline. Less than 90 days. I call it "Creator-led ABM". I used this to close $1M in revenue for a 7-figure SaaS this year. I recorded a masterclass with everything: → the formulas, the frameworks, the timing, the full workflow. Want it? Comment "ABM" below.
