What an inspiring few days at #HEAL26 in Padova! 🇮🇹 The international reach of the conference was truly impressive, bringing together clinicians, researchers, and innovators from all over the world. For the #MindAffect team, it was a wonderful opportunity not only to make new connections, but also to reconnect with friends and collaborators who share our passion for advancing hearing care. We were especially pleased to catch up with the audiology team of Barcelona Children's Hospital Sant Joan de Déu, Dr Anna Alberti Casas, maurizio levorato, the Dutch NSDSK team, Noelle Uilenburg, Tjitske Schuitema, Nicholas Reed and many others. Conversations like these remind us how valuable collaboration is in driving innovation and improving outcomes for patients worldwide. One of the highlights for us was the opportunity for our CTO, Mark Van Kesteren, to present the latest progress on our #RAPIDCAEP technology and to receive such positive feedback on #SOFI from clinical leaders across different countries and healthcare systems. We are proud to see growing interest in solutions that can help make objective hearing assessment more accessible and efficient. A heartfelt thank you to #Ferdi #Grandori, Sophia E. Kramer and Alessia Paglialonga for the outstanding organisation and for creating such a stimulating and welcoming environment for exchange and learning. And finally, Padova itself did not disappoint! #AuDidakt2026 bracht bij iedereen van #MindAffect het echte #oranjegevoel naar boven. 🌷 Marten de Vries en Ida Reinds presenteerden #Sofi, ons revolutionaire systeem voor objectieve gehoormeting, aan een overvolle zaal met meer dan 130 audiciens uit heel Nederland — en de reacties waren fantastisch. De gesprekken gingen vooral over wat het meest aansprak: objectief meten op een snelle, automatische en efficiënte manier. Eén moment sprong er echt uit. Tijdens de presentatie riep iemand: “Is dit een #100% #Nederlandse #uitvinding?” Marten antwoordde: “Jazeker!” En de hele zaal barstte uit in applaus. 👏🇳🇱 Een trots moment voor ons team, en een mooie herinnering dat innovatie in de hoorzorg gewoon hier in Nederland kan ontstaan. Veel dank aan Wilrik van 't Noordende en AuDidakt voor de uitnodiging en de kans om Sofi te introduceren op de Nederlandse hoorzorgmarkt. Het was ook geweldig om het team van Earhelp, Marcel Pomper en Zoë Boersen te ontmoeten. Zij verbeteren de efficiëntie aan de voorschrijfkant van de audiologische workflow, terwijl wij ons richten op het verhogen van de efficiëntie binnen screening en diagnostiek. MindAffect at WCA 2026 💥: Leaving our ❤️ in Seoul! We've just returned from an unforgettable week at the WCA - World Congress of Audiology 2026 in Seoul. From the energy of the city and incredible food 🧨 to Buddha's Birthday night celebrations which lit up the sky 🎆, Seoul was an inspiring host for a truly global gathering of audiology professionals. The MindAffect team had the privilege of presenting the #Sofi, our revolutionary objective hearing assessment system and connecting with hundreds of clinicians, researchers, academics, and industry leaders from around the world. The interest, insights, and feedback will be invaluable as we continue building awareness, evidence, and partnerships ahead of Sofi's launch in 2027 🚀 .
