Tasks in mymeet.аi meeting reports have been rebuilt: they now live in a separate tab, with assignees, a filter by person and timestamps linked to the recording. After a meeting, the tasks are the part people actually come back for. So we focused on what happens after the report is ready: - mymeet.аi picks the assignee from the context of the conversation, and you can reassign any task to another participant of the recording - a filter shows how many tasks each person has, and which ones nobody owns yet - every task can be edited, deleted, copied, or added manually - the timestamp next to a task opens the moment in the recording it came from, so you can check how it was agreed Available on every plan for new meetings. Try it on your next meeting!

Mymeet.аi now has a desktop app for macOS and Windows: it records a meeting on your own device and sends the recording to the service, with no bot joining the call. Until now a recording reached mymeet.аi either through the bot or as an uploaded file. Now there are three routes, and a team picks whichever fits a given meeting. The app detects that a call has started and offers to record it. With automatic meeting recording switched on, it starts, stops, and sends the recording on its own — all that is left is to hold the meeting. The speaker's voice comes from the microphone, everyone else's from system audio. Video is not recorded. Because the audio is captured on the device, the platform does not have to support external participants. That brings into scope conversations that used to stay outside it: calls in internal corporate systems, platforms we have no integration with, and meetings that started outside the calendar. Available to every user, with no plan restrictions. Download: https://mymeet.ai/desktop

The mymeet.аi API now supports webhooks — your integration no longer polls us to find out that a meeting report is ready. Until now, a service that created a meeting through our API had to keep asking the status endpoint, once a minute or so. Now it works the other way round. You register an endpoint on your side once, and mymeet.аi sends a POST notification the moment processing is done. Two events. "Report ready" carries a link that returns the report in JSON, PDF, or DOCX. "Meeting failed" carries the reason, so a failed recording stops being silence. A few things that matter once this runs in production: — The endpoint is set per request or once in your API settings — If your server is down, we retry up to five times with backoff, from one minute to three hours — Every notification can be signed with HMAC-SHA256, so you can verify it came from us — Scheduled recurring meetings fire a notification after every recording This is aimed at teams that embed meeting processing into their own products — CRM and telephony integrations, hiring platforms, and services that use mymeet.аi as the transcription and analysis layer behind their own interface. An API key comes with every paid plan. The Webhooks section of our docs has the event payloads and a working Python receiver: https://lnkd.in/exqe6fvs

Every renewal comes with the same question: are all twelve seats still earning their place? Until now, a mymeet.ai workspace could not answer it. We've added workspace analytics. It shows how a team actually works with meetings over any period — how many meetings and minutes went through the company, who uses the tool regularly, and who last ran a meeting months ago. Every number comes with its change against the previous period of the same length. That turns into decisions managers were making blind: — How many seats to renew, and who should get a freed-up one — Who never got started and needs onboarding — Whether adoption is still growing after the rollout, or quietly fading There is a per-person breakdown, a split by meeting platform, and a view of which report types the team leans on. And the numbers leave the product two ways: as a ready-made report page, or as a table for your own analysis — meeting titles and content stay behind. Workspace analytics is available on the Business plan. Learn more: mymeet.ai

Two updates in mymeet.ai: batch file upload and flexible export. Upload multiple files at once. You can now select or drag several files in one go, apply an AI report to all of them at once, and send them to processing in a single action. The list shows progress for each file and a total minute counter. Export the transcript only. Before, downloading a meeting gave you everything together — transcript, AI report, tasks. Now you can build the export around the task at hand: transcript only, transcript with the AI report, or all of it. Same formats: PDF, DOCX, MD, JSON. How it plays out in practice: — a week of recordings piled up — upload them in one batch instead of opening the dialog 20 times; — need a clean transcript for an editor — uncheck the AI report and download just the text. Both updates are available on all plans.

Mymeet.ai now has an open API and MCP support for all paid plans. Your AI tools — ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, and anything else that supports the Model Context Protocol — can now connect directly to your mymeet.ai meeting data. Transcripts, summaries, participants: available to your agent without manual copy-paste. Your API key is in Settings. Setup cards for each supported agent are in the Integrations section with ready-to-copy configs. MCP integration works in desktop applications. A few things this unlocks: - Ask your AI assistant about recent client calls without switching apps - Build automations on top of real meeting data - Use Cursor or Claude to analyze conversation patterns across your archive Available on paid plans: Lite, Pro, and Business.

We added search and filters to the meetings screen in mymeet.ai. The problem they solve is simple: once your archive reaches a few hundred recordings, scrolling to find a specific one stops working. Search looks up meetings by title across the full archive, including meetings shared with you by teammates. Filters let you narrow by platform, author, and date range - pick one parameter or combine all three. Filters persist between sessions, so a regular view you set up once stays applied the next time you open it. Available to all users, including the free tier. Try it: mymeet.ai

As promised — here's what we just shipped. You can now build your own AI Reports in mymeet.ai. Every meeting in mymeet.ai used to be analyzed by one of our 11 built-in templates. Now teams can create their own. It works like this: describe the report you need — your discovery checklist, candidate evaluation framework, internal protocol — and the AI assembles a custom template with sections and context. You can attach a document, checklist, or existing prompt as a reference. The template applies to any meeting, past or new. Templates live at the workspace level, so the whole team works from the same structure. Set one as default and every new meeting gets analyzed the way your team needs it. A few ways teams are using it: — Sales teams replacing manual call reviews with a structured report built around their qualification checklist — HR teams generating candidate evaluations tied to the actual job description — Research teams running interview debriefs through their own discovery framework Custom AI Reports are live for Pro and Business workspaces. Open the new "AI Reports" section in the side menu to build your first template.
