This month, I received a message from 𝐍𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐬 inviting me to join the 𝐅𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 𝟓𝟎+ 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛, recognizing the 𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝟏% 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐃𝐑𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐃𝐑𝐬 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝𝐰𝐢𝐝𝐞, officially becoming a 𝟐𝐱 𝐍𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐬 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐨𝐧. What I love most is the 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 behind it. Nooks brings together incredible professionals from different companies who share strategies, support each other, and celebrate collective growth. Great leaders share their success stories and how they got there, that builds a healthy, collaborative culture, and it’s something I see consistently through leaders I admire. When I won the first time and saw other that were already part of the club, I remember thinking I wanted to learn from them and some day be part of it. So, I just focused on my work, pushing myself daily, testing new strategies, and now, being part of it, specially in this season, feels like a real accomplishment! I’m so thankful for everyone who reached out after that first win, people I helped, people who supported me, and peers from other companies. That’s what real networking looks like: learning together, sharing, and celebrating each other’s wins. I’ve met amazing people through Nooks, learned new ways to do business, exchanged ideas, and seen how collaboration fuels growth. Most importantly, my work across 𝐋𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐳𝐢𝐥 has been 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝. Being a woman in tech, working across three languages in an emerging region in commercial and enterprise segments, isn’t always easy, but seeing the results, the impact, and the recognition makes it all worth it. Efficiency and consistency are what keep me moving forward, and I’m sharing this to inspire others to keep challenging themselves and growing too.
