Assign KPIs for each stage and build a dashboard or simple Google Sheet. 2️⃣ Respond quickly (speed-to-lead counts!). Studies in the education sector consistently show that earlier contact significantly increases conversion. 3️⃣ Personalize outreach and nurture sequences.
