  • New brand sprint case study! Between is a new AI platform with a big ambition: to make creating personal AI agents feel as simple as posting on social media. Designed to serve both experts and everyday users, Between turns PDFs and prompts into monetizable AI experiences — all without code. When the founding team came to Numinous, they had the tech and the vision. What they needed was an identity that could carry both: something instantly recognizable, but built with long-term character. It had to look trustworthy enough for consultants, elegant enough for investors, and human enough to feel like more than just “another AI tool.” The result is a brand that feels scalable and personal — just like the product. Between is built to serve the next generation of experts, creators, and consultants entering the AI era. Our job was to make sure the brand felt ready for them.     “No brand, no connection.” That’s the line a lot of designers and agency owners throw around. But honestly? I don’t fully agree. There are plenty of companies that have skyrocketed without a polished identity, a clever tagline, or a custom font system. So no—branding isn’t always the reason someone connects. But here’s what I do know: → Branding helps people understand you faster. → It gives shape to your values. → It builds trust when you’re not in the room. → It makes your business feel real—even before someone experiences it. A strong brand doesn’t create your value. It amplifies it. It brings clarity to the messy, intangible stuff that actually makes your business different. So is branding required? Not always. But is it one of the most powerful tools you have to create connection, alignment, and meaning at scale? Absolutely. That’s what I care about. Not just good-looking brands. Brands that feel honest, intentional, and alive.

  • Design tools are changing. And so are we. For years, our workflow at Numinous has lived inside the Adobe ecosystem. Illustrator. InDesign. Photoshop. Keynote. That’s how we built everything—from brand identities to presentations to campaign visuals. But the creative landscape is shifting. Tools like Figma are no longer just for UI—they’re becoming full creative platforms. Ones that bring collaboration, motion, prototyping, and even site-building into one place. So we’re evolving, too. Why? Because the future of design isn’t siloed—it’s connected. It’s about clarity, speed, and collaboration at every stage of the process. This isn’t just a software switch. It’s about rethinking how we create, how we share, and how we deliver work that actually works. The goal is simple: Fewer tools. Smoother process.     Logo design is tricky. But one thing I’ve learned over the years is this: It only works if it resonates. Logos aren’t designed to impress. They’re designed to connect—with real people, in real moments, for real reasons. The best logos aren’t the loudest. They’re the ones that feel like they’ve always belonged. The ones that speak without trying too hard. The ones that carry meaning you can’t always explain, but instantly recognize. That kind of work doesn’t start with pixels. It starts with listening. With understanding the heart of a business. With knowing who it’s for, what they believe, and how they want to be remembered. Because design isn’t just what it looks like. It’s what it makes people feel. That’s the work that matters. Not just beautiful—but true.

  • Branding is all about vision coming to life. In our latest collaboration with Duya, getting on the same page visually was key. We love diving into moodboards because they turn early ideas into clear, exciting directions we can all get behind. Duya wanted to be more than just another player in the AI space—they aimed to stand out with a distinct charm. They imagined a mix of Swiss precision with a touch of rustic elegance, choosing a palette that includes orange, deep greens, beige, and a vibrant light green accent. Moodboards are vital in our process. They bridge what’s said in discovery sessions with what we eventually create, ensuring every detail feels intentional and aligned with our client’s goals.
