Last week, we hosted a rooftop roundtable in Houston with Koho Consulting, and the view wasn’t the only thing worth talking about!✨🌇 Here’s what we heard loud and clear: 1️⃣ Efficiency isn’t optional anymore: Teams are doubling down on automation - not as a “nice to have," but as a business imperative. 2️⃣ AI adoption is strategic, not reactive: No one’s chasing shiny objects. #LegalOperations leaders are prioritizing solutions that manage risk and deliver real, measurable value. 3️⃣ If you can’t measure it, did it really happen? Reporting, KPIs, and clear ROI are taking center stage when proving impact to the C-suite 4️⃣ Community is a force multiplier: Transforming contract processes is hard. Doing it alongside peers who’ve been there? Game-changing. And one insight that came up again and again.... 5️⃣ Change management is still the hardest part.
