Today was a bummer. The brand new Segal Communications sign that I had put up less than a month ago was destroyed because someone decided to graffiti all over the side of our building. I know it's just a sign, but I was proud of it. I've worked for eight years to build a business where I now have a team of more than 10 people, two floors of a great office in downtown San Francisco. And in less than 30 seconds, someone trounced all over that. That being said, as a tried and true PR person, I reached out to local news and set up my landlord (who owns the ground-floor jewelry business) for an interview about what happened. I hope something positive comes out of something so negative. If you are walking along Grant Ave at Pine and need some beautiful new jewelry for your collection, stop by Anita's Jewelry. She's a lovely person, and I'm sorry she has to deal with such awfulness.
