Sensei Node is now operating as a Generator on the Shinzō testnet. Generators read blocks, structure them, and cryptographically sign them at the source, contributing to a trustless, verifiable read layer. Validators operate the infrastructure closest to blockchain state. Every block their nodes process contains structured, queryable data that applications depend on. Shinzō makes reading that data as trustless and verifiable as writing to it. Generators are where that starts. The value of blockchain data has accumulated in layers separate from the operators who produce it. Centralized indexers sit between the chain and the application, repackaging public data, rate-limiting access, and reselling it through proprietary APIs. The operators at the source have not participated in the economy built on top of their infrastructure. Shinzō changes the path. A Generator is a lightweight sidecar beside an existing validator node. It reads blocks, structures them into signed primitives, and delivers them with cryptographic proof of origin. The result is a read layer with fewer assumptions: → Data signed by the operator who produced it → Responses verified cryptographically, not trusted → No single provider stuck in the critical path → The operators who produce and serve the data fairly earn from it Generator rewards go to operators who already run the infrastructure that produces the data.
