Meet Christopher Flens-Batina. He's our new Carrier Operations and Routing Lead. Chris has spent over a decade in telecom. He started at Talkfree, working his way up to Director of Operations over six years, and then joined Vonage as a Routing Engineer where he became an expert in SMS, voice, and RCS. He’s done it all: the carrier negotiations, alerting systems, and routing optimization. When he's not at work, you'll find him on the basketball court or hanging out with his cat. We're excited to have him here at Sent!

Meet Ava. She's our first BizOps hire at Sent. Ava Catalic joined us last summer as a Data Analytics Intern. A few months later, she picked right back up in BizOps. She's been heads-down on hiring and strategic operations, learning the team and its early processes while finishing her degree in Business Analytics and Economics at Notre Dame. This summer, she graduates and joins us full-time in NYC to help scale our operating systems and grow our talent pipeline. She's also suspiciously good at guessing zodiac signs, which has come in handy more than we expected. We can't wait to have her back!

Our Pristina, Kosovo office is now open. It's been on our list for a while. About half our team is based there: the product and engineering folks who have been building Sent from the ground up. Meet Emily Z.. She’ll be leading Product Marketing at Sent. Emily brings a mix of editorial precision and technical depth built over 6 years in product & content marketing across SaaS and fintech companies, including the early teams at both Kikoff and Databento and later-stage at Trullion. She also studied Symbolic Systems at Stanford. In between it all, Emily spent time crewing on sailboats and tattooing. We're so excited to have her on the team. Interested in joining Sent? On Thursday, our Pristina team packed into a stadium in Bratislava to watch Kosovo play Slovakia and win 4-3. Kosovo played their first international match in 2014. Today they host Türkiye in Pristina, one win away from their first ever FIFA World Cup. If you've never seen a stadium full of Kosovo fans outside of Kosovo, the energy was unreal. So glad everyone was here for this. Let's go 🇽🇰
