What a night! 🔥🔥🔥 Still buzzing from our TechCrunch Disrupt after-party at The Phoenix Hotel SF where 700+ founders, developers, VCs, and builders clocked out for an evening with pool floats, LED dance floors, dancing robots, and silent disco headphones. Eight awesome DJs and performers kept the beats rolling while robot battles turned into robot dance-offs, and the silent disco became anything but silent. Between the splash-zone moves, cocktails and tacos, and energetic conversations, it was pure controlled chaos, and we loved every second of it! 🎧🫶 If you were there, you felt it, the mix of energy, optimism, and weird brilliance that makes this ecosystem what it is. To everyone who showed up, danced, debated, or accidentally joined a robot battle… thanks for bringing your best vibes. This community reminds us why we love being part of the future of tech. See you next year: same city, same chaos, but with a new venue and even bigger energy.💥💃 Huge thanks to our sponsors Inworld AI and JetBrains for helping make this an epic night. #TechCrunchDisrupt #Startups #SFEvents -

SignalFire reposted this 11 years ago, I met my future wife at a TechCrunch Disrupt after-party. That slightly geeky but earnest gathering changed my life, so I feel a duty to keep hosting them. Last night at our SignalFire Disrupt after-party, I bet someone found their co-founder, new job, lead investor, or maybe their forever person. Founders should stay locked. BUT if they only clock out for a few hours, we want to give them a place to commune and be reinspired by the world they’re building for. Plus, you might hit the jackpot too

The best investors have always trusted their instincts, but today the smartest ones are refining them with data. This Nikkei Financial article highlights our CEO Chris Farmer’s thoughts on why the next generation of VC will be defined by a blend of data-driven foresight and human judgment. - Beacon AI, our proprietary data platform, tracks 650M people and 80M companies to spot breakout founders before anyone else sees them. - AI-native company building is redefining scale. Lean, high-output teams are now reaching what used to take hundreds of employees. - The VC model itself must evolve: secondary markets, faster M&A, and new liquidity cycles to keep innovation moving. At SignalFire, we started building for this new era over a decade ago, making venture smarter, faster, and truly founder-centric. https://lnkd.in/gYXVF4Wi

Real impact where it matters most. This case study from our portfolio company, Roger Healthcare, is a great example of how innovation can truly ease clinician burnout, and improve the quality of care. What's killing home healthcare? It's not the patients. It's not the pay. It's paperwork. Mike and Anthony are clinical directors at Central Coast Home Health, Inc. They were watching their team burn out - spending 2-3 hours every night documenting care for elderly patients after long days in the field. The home healthcare industry is at a breaking point. As America ages and more seniors choose to stay in their homes, the burden on clinicians has never been higher. More patients. More complexity. More documentation. Something had to change. They brought in AI documentation for their team. The results: → Cutting doc time by at least half (many by even 80-90%) → More eye contact and engagement during patient visits → Better work-life balance → Nurses even sleeping better without the late-night screen time But here's what really mattered to Mike and Anthony... "My clinicians say I can be so much more engaged with the patient instead of having to try and capture that information while I'm trying to pretend to be engaged." More eye contact with patients. Better care. Happier clinicians. This is what good technology should do - get out of the way so clinicians can actually care for patients. Full case study with Mike and Anthony in the comments 👇

Real innovation doesn’t just patch broken systems, it rebuilds the entire operating system beneath it. We’re proud to see two SignalFire portfolio companies Mandolin and Qualified Health named to the CB Insights Digital Health 50, recognizing the world’s highest-potential private digital health startups of 2025! 🏥💊 - Mandolin is redefining access to life-saving specialty therapies. Their AI agents automate the manual workflows behind drug infusions, from insurance verification to billing, helping 700+ infusion centers treat more patients, in days not weeks. - Qualified Health is building the safety layer for healthcare AI. Their governance and monitoring infrastructure gives health systems the guardrails and transparency to deploy GenAI responsibly across clinical and operational workflows. Both teams are re-wiring healthcare’s most entrenched systems one model, one patient, and one workflow at a time. Congratulations to founders Will Yin, Rohit Rustagi, Justin Norden, MD, MBA, MPhil, Shantanu Phatakwala, Beau Norgeot, PhD, Nirav R. Shah, and Dr. Kedar Mate!
