Here at Silico Biosciences, we're putting our platform to work by generating many novel antibody candidates that target the BDBV glycoprotein with hopes to discover viable candidates that reliably block the viral interaction with human cells. Our first models are now available on #huggingface. Generate targeted antibody sequences with ease in just a few lines of Python code.
Today's a good day to share our newest bio-AI work! 🦋 peleke-1: A Suite of Protein Language Models Fine-Tuned for Targeted Antibody Sequence Generation. Usually protein language models (and even those specialized for antibody sequences) don't do a great job of generating antibodies with the target in mind. Plus, some PLMs are difficult to use with normal LLM tuning frameworks (e.g. Hugging Face's transformers library). So, we've addressed both of those limitations in a set of fine-tuned models you can try today + fully open-sourced tuning code and data.
