Everyone's giving AI agents a brain. Almost no one is giving them hands. Your agent can write a killer caption. Then what? It hits a wall. Because the actual work of marketing — posting, scheduling, generating the visual, pulling last month's numbers — lives behind dashboards built for humans clicking buttons. An agent can't click buttons. That's the gap nobody talks about. We have models that can think about marketing and almost nothing they can do it with. So we built Simplified CLI https://lnkd.in/gPBDN8kx It's a command-line tool that gives an AI agent real hands across 10 social platforms — Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and more. Every command returns clean JSON, so an agent can run it, read the result, and decide the next step on its own. In practice, you type one sentence to your agent: "Generate a launch image, write the caption, and queue it to Instagram and LinkedIn for tomorrow at 9am." And it actually happens: simplified ai-image:generate --prompt "..." --wait simplified posts:create -c "..." -a <accounts> --action add_to_queue No tab-switching. No copy-paste. No human in the middle of every step. This is the difference between an AI that advises your marketing and one that runs it. Agentic marketing isn't a better chatbot — it's giving agents the tools to take action. The interface for that isn't another dashboard. It's a CLI. It's open source. It installs as a Claude Code plugin in one line. The teams that win the next two years won't have the smartest agents. They'll have the agents that can actually do the work. What's the first marketing task you'd hand off completely?

AI doesn’t fix a messy content process. It exposes it. If your team has five tools, three spreadsheets, and “can you post this today?” living in Slack… adding AI just makes the chaos faster. The better path is boring (and it works): decide your voice once, build a repeatable workflow, then let AI do the parts that shouldn’t require a human brain. Create. Review. Schedule. Measure. Iterate. Same steps every time. What to try this week: - Write 3 “default hooks” your team can reuse (then tweak) - Keep one short brand checklist for every post (tone, length, CTA) - Batch approvals, then schedule the whole week in one sitting Where is AI helping you most right now—writing, design, scheduling, or repurposing?

Unpopular opinion: the model isn’t the hard part anymore. The hard part is the harness. The harness is what keeps your “ideal flow” from drifting: - clear steps - guardrails - retries + fallbacks - evaluation and regression tests Without that, you don’t have an agent. You have AI slope. So the work is boring on purpose: Test. Fix the skill. Optimize the flow. Then test again. What part of the harness do you see teams under-invest in most?

This isn't coming. It's here. The numbers: - 80% of marketing processes are now AI-augmented (Gartner) - 40% reduction in customer acquisition costs with AI agents - 3x faster content production with agent-assisted workflows What one AI agent replaces daily: Writing social posts: 4 hours down to 12 minutes Designing graphics: 2 hours down to 5 minutes Scheduling across platforms: 45 minutes down to 1 click Analyzing performance: 1 hour down to auto-report That's 7+ hours saved per week. For a small team, that's the equivalent of a part-time hire. The before/after for a 3-person team: Before (5 tools): $190/month, 8 posts/week, 15 hours After (1 platform): $20/month, 28 posts/week, 4 hours Same team. Different workflow. 3.5x the output at 1/10th the cost. How to "hire" your first AI agent: 1. Set up your Brand Kit (logo, colors, fonts, voice) 2. Build a workflow (trigger: new blog post creates social posts, graphics, schedule) 3. Add human checkpoints (you approve before it publishes) 4. Let it learn (analytics feed back into the workflow) No code. No agency. Just one platform that does the work. How to ship a LinkedIn post in 15 minutes (without sounding generic). Steal this workflow: Step 1: Pick ONE hard-earned lesson Not a topic. A lesson. Something you learned the hard way. Step 2: Add one proof point A metric. A screenshot. A before/after. A real constraint. Step 3: Write 5 short lines One idea per line. No paragraphs. No fluff. Step 4: End with a question Not engagement bait. A real question. Bonus rule: No links in the body. Put it in the first comment. If you want, I can turn this into a reusable template for your team. What part of writing posts takes you the longest right now?

Meta Ads CLI just dropped. You can now manage Facebook ad campaigns from your terminal. Official Meta tool — open beta, no account bans. What it does: → Create campaigns from the command line → Pull performance data in seconds → Adjust budgets and targeting via scripts → Works with Claude Code and Codex This is huge for developers, AI-native marketers, and anyone who automates their workflow. Simplified CLI + Meta Ads CLI = full terminal-based marketing. Create content, manage ads, automate everything. Your ads. Your terminal. 61% drop in organic CTR when AI Overviews appear. Read that again. Then look at your Google Analytics. The data is brutal and it's getting worse: --> 69% of all Google searches now end with zero clicks. --> 93% zero-click rate in Google's new AI Mode. --> AI Overviews appear on 25.8% of US searches. 99.9% of informational keywords trigger one. --> Publisher traffic from Google dropped by a third globally in the year to Nov 2025. --> Some publishers report up to 90% traffic loss from Google search. --> Even paid ads collapse -- 68% CTR decline when AI Overviews appear. Google isn't sending traffic anymore. It's becoming an answer engine. Your content feeds the machine, but the machine no longer sends visitors back. But there's a counterintuitive bright spot: AI traffic converts 3-9x higher than organic. The visitors who do come through ChatGPT and Perplexity are far more qualified. 5 moves to make right now: --> Own the AI citation. Structure content so AI engines quote YOU. --> Build direct channels. Email, communities, apps. Stop renting traffic. --> Create uncopyable content. Original research, proprietary data, real case studies. --> Target transactional intent. Informational queries are gone. Focus on "buy" and "compare." --> Optimize for AI platforms. Get cited where traffic actually converts. The old playbook is dead. The businesses that pivot today will own the next era. Simplified helps you build a multi-surface content strategy -- design, write, schedule, and publish across every channel from one platform. Repost this if someone on your team still thinks "just rank on Google" is a strategy. #SEO #AISearch #ContentStrategy #DigitalMarketing #Simplified #GoogleAI #ZeroClickSearch
