This year’s PRWeek UK x People Like Us Gender & Ethnicity Pay Gap Report gained more submissions than ever, which is great. We are proud to have submitted our data and showed up since the report's beginnings. Transparency matters. It’s how we move the industry forward. That’s why we’re shouting about our numbers and our commitment to doing better. The Splendid Collective is proud to be part of the change. · Women make up 84% of our workforce and 50% of our board. Representation at all levels is something we’re proud of and we’ll keep pushing to maintain and grow it. · When it comes to the ethnicity pay gap, we recognise there’s more work to do. While we’ve welcomed new team members from diverse backgrounds in junior roles, we currently have no ethnic representation at board or director level. That’s not good enough and changing it is a key priority for the business, and the work we do. · We’re proud that there’s no ethnicity pay gap at mid-level roles like Account Manager and Account Director, where we have strong ethnic minority talent. Succession planning and inclusive talent development are central to our long-term strategy. We were glad to attend the launch event and connect with other agencies who also took part, reminding us how powerful collective action can be. We hope more agencies will submit their data next year. Let’s keep the momentum going. 💪
