    Studio Murnane partnered with celebrity stylist Jordan Blackmore to reimagine the rules of haircare through radical simplicity. Rooted in a counter-cultural philosophy, Blackmore challenges every norm: cleansing with clay instead of suds, adding oil rather than stripping it away, and dry brushing as the ultimate act of care. In a industry driven by excess, Blackmore offers an intentional edit – three essential tools designed to champion a less-is-more ethos. The brand identity captures a refined, quietly subversive identity that feels as luxurious as it is elemental. Read more on Dieline. Blackmore’s #packaging leans all the way in on drama. Designed by Studio Murnane, the line is unified by a deep oxblood red across all components, from the embossed boxes to the curved bristle brush and minimalist tubes. The #typography is pared back, giving just enough structure without competing with the tone-on-tone richness. The overall look nods to luxury but doesn’t feel cliche in all its minimalism, which results in a #design that feels more like a refined decorative object than a haircare packaging system.     When developing a brand, it’s not just about creating a logo or a product, it’s about telling a story, one that reflects a unique perspective and endures over time. We had the privilege of collaborating with Interior Designer Sarah Solis on the launch of Galerie Solis, a bespoke furniture line that captures Sarah’s design ethos: a careful balance of materiality, clarity, and purpose. Our work together focused on crafting an identity that embodies her curated storytelling, bringing her vision to life through rich color palettes, restrained typography, and monograms that feel both sophisticated and lived-in. The visual identity draws inspiration from heritage brands like Hermès, Santa Maria Novella, and Celine, creating a brand that feels both storied and substantial—yet fresh and resonant for the modern collector. Brand development, at its core, is about creating something that resonates deeply with today’s audience while standing the test of time.
