Plume Studio - Custom LMS & e-Learning Platforms runs a business-critical LMS for multiple corporate clients from one shared codebase — so a 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐢 𝟒 → 𝟓 migration couldn't come at the cost of a paused roadmap. We ran it as a parallel engineering track instead: migrating the shared core while Plume's team kept shipping live features, with every production change carried forward into the new build. The result: zero disruption to delivery, tens of thousands of lines of customized logic migrated with verified parity, and a production-ready 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐢 𝟓 foundation for future rollouts. This is what engineering-to-engineering partnership looks like in practice — the kind of migration only possible with real depth in the Strapi codebase itself, not just familiarity with it. If an agent is writing to your content, "what did it actually do" is the first question anyone asks. As of v5.52, every MCP action is in your audit log, next to everything a human did. More from the summer releases 👉 https://lnkd.in/gaZCtJEf
