It's 2026, and nobody will look at you funny for talking to your CRM. AI Q&A is now available in the Streak mobile app and voice-dictation enabled. Ask your CRM for next steps, look up a specific detail, or pull together context before a call—by typing or using voice dictation. Open a box on iOS or Android, tap Ask a question, and pull answers from the timeline, notes, fields, and tasks—with citations to the specific items used. A few things people are using it for: - Reviewing next steps before walking into a meeting - Looking up order numbers, contact details, or past commitments - Checking deal status between meetings or on the road Download the Streak app for iOS or Android to try it

Most CRM AI features wait for you to ask. You open a deal, click a button, read the output. It's useful, but it still requires you to remember to do it at the right moment. ✨ AI action steps in Streak automations work differently. You set the trigger once, and AI runs automatically every time it fires. For example, when a new deal email comes in from your lead form, Streak can automatically use AI to: - scrape contact info - create a new deal in your pipeline - analyze their pain points - conduct web research on the lead - generate a list of discovery questions A few more examples of what this looks like: 📧 New lead emails in → AI parses the email and fills key fields before the box is open 🤝 Box moves to negotiation → AI automatically answers "what are the best negotiation angles here?" and posts it as a comment ⚠️ Stage changes on a deal → a fresh AI summary gets generated and sent to your team Slack channel The output goes wherever you route it: a field, a comment, a Slack message, and your CRM is filled with actionable insights when you need them.

The next step for AI tools isn’t writing better prompts—it’s better access to real data. Today we’re launching two ways to connect Streak to AI assistants so you have CRM context in your AI chats: • a Streak ChatGPT app • an MCP server for tools like Claude This allows AI tools to access your pipeline, contacts, and deal activity so they can reason about what’s actually happening in your CRM. Instead of copying information into ChatGPT, you can ask questions about your deals, review pipeline activity, and update records directly from a conversation. For example: • “Show me deals closing this month.” • “Which deals in Negotiation might be at risk?” • “Move Acme Corp to Negotiation and create a follow-up task.” We think AI becomes significantly more valuable when it can understand and act on the same data your team works with every day. You can install the Streak app directly inside ChatGPT. Open the Apps section in ChatGPT and search for “Streak.” Or connect other AI tools to your Streak workspace using MCP.
