On today, International Chef Day 2025, we are celebrating our hard-working chefs across the hotels. Here is Juliao, one of our chefs at The Castle Hotel Windsor. September has been Wellbeing Month across our hotels – a chance to create new routines, keep an eye out for each other, celebrate achievements and learn new skills. 🌱 Week 1 was Healthy Planet, Healthy People introducing meat-free Mondays and Green Commute Day challenging the team to switch up their travel to a more sustainable option. 🏃 Week 2 focused on movement. Practising yoga poses, conducting moving meetings and participating in all-team stretch sessions, this week felt energetic! 🧘♂️ Week 3 explored meditation and mood-boosting gratitude practice. The week ended with a digital detox, allowing space for thoughtful ideas to form and wrapping up the week with a clearer mind. 💷 Week 4 looked at financial wellbeing, and the impact of keeping on top of what’s coming in and what’s going out. We introduced a Financial MOT tool and a new financial wellbeing app to help track, plan and save finances more effectively.
