We've just released SuiteCRM 8.10.1 🚀 🔧 This maintenance release fixes three regressions introduced in 8.10, including a critical Studio bug that can cause core fields to appear missing or blank, and two PDF-related fixes affecting currency symbols and file naming. SuiteCRM 8.10 is now available 🚀 This release focuses on the areas our community has been asking for. Whether you're a long-time user or evaluating SuiteCRM for the first time, there's a lot to explore. Here's what's new: 📨 Improved email composer - Draft management, document attachments, and a new Variable Injector that pulls customer details, deal values, or company names straight from the record. For Quotes, Invoices, and Contracts, a new Email PDF option opens a pre-composed email with the PDF already attached and content pre-filled from the record. 🖼️ Image fields - Add product photos, client logos, or profile pictures directly to any module through Studio, no custom development required. Useful for teams who rely on visual context when working through records. 📃 Documents, Notes, and Files – Documents and Notes modules are now in the SuiteCRM 8 UI for a consistent experience across the platform. File attachments use the new File field type with malware scanning support, and file fields can be added to any module via Studio. ⚙️ Async background processing - Large operations are now handled by a background worker, so SuiteCRM keeps running while the work gets done. This is foundational infrastructure that will underpin how we handle data-heavy operations going forward. This release also merges everything from SuiteCRM 7.15, including PHP 8.4 support, Advanced Calendar Integration & Sync, and V8 API OAuth Auth Code Grant. ✨ A big thank you to everyone who contributed to this release — your input and contributions make SuiteCRM better for the whole community.
