    If you’re running an early-stage startup, support shouldn’t be seen as a cost center, but as a core growth engine. That’s because I’m convinced that exceptional support is THE flywheel for virality. And for building your wedge. And that’s why, while I don’t personally respond to every Supademo ticket anymore, I still try to talk with our users every single day. Here’s how we make it happen (without spending hours in the inbox): 1. Reach out during “aha” moment: A few days after users activate, I send a personal (programmatic) email asking for feedback and respond to each one 2.
