When a global sportswear manufacturer (with production in China, Africa, and the US) decided to expand into the European B2B market, they faced a challenge that goes far beyond logistics. Every branding project starts with a question: – How do we make people care? The answer rarely comes from moodboards or logo sketches. It starts much earlier, with clarity, direction, and a shared understanding of what the brand stands for. For 'way better', a skincare concept built around simplicity and conscious hygiene, we developed a complete branding system – from insight to launch-ready execution. The brand's mission is to remind that healthy skin often starts with the basics: clean habits, simple ingredients, and everyday awareness. Here’s what that process looked like: 1️⃣ Research & Strategy – defining the space the brand can own. 2️⃣ Brand foundations – mission, tone, audience, positioning. 3️⃣ Visual direction – building the sensory world of the brand. 4️⃣ Brand development – bringing strategy to life across packaging, e-commerce, campaigns and more. 5️⃣ Implementation – compiling the brandbook, final assets, and guidelines for future use. A process like this ensures that every visual choice – from typography to packaging texture – comes from strategy, not opinion.

With the new packaging, we balanced lightness with tradition—crisp design, classic details, and just the right amount of elegance. Based on the rebranding we created for Hotel Pałac Mała Wieś last year.
