We had 33 different signals firing for our SDRs. Funding rounds. Hiring alerts. Website visits. G2 intent. LinkedIn engagement. Product usage. Job changes. Content downloads. Our reps were drowning. They'd log into their dashboard, see 100+ accounts lighting up, and freeze. Decision paralysis. Pipeline attainment: 33%. So we did something counterintuitive: We cut 85% of our signals. Here's what we learned: Not all signals are created equal. Some signals are alarm bells 🚨They need immediate response within 2-4 hours ☑️G2 intent ☑️Demo page visits ☑️Pricing page views These mean someone is actively shopping RIGHT NOW. Other signals are just nudges 👉They're informative but not urgent ☑️LinkedIn engagement ☑️Blog reads ☑️Hiring signals We kept 3-5 high-SLA signals and built prescriptive plays around them. ____ RESULTS → $4.8M in pipeline generated from just those 3-5 core signals in 90 days. → 471% pipeline increase in 2025 → 70% S0 → S2 conversion (up from 25%) → Reps hitting 100%+ quota for 2 quarters straight ____ Today we are releasing our Account-Based Prospecting Playbook with the exact signal framework we use at Pocus. You'll see which signals actually drive meetings, how to build SLAs around them, and how to stop overwhelming your reps with noise. Link in comments 👇

What a week @ Pipeline Conference hosted by SDRLeader.com! Although there were 1001 and takeaways, there were 5 in particular that stood out. 1. SDR leaders are the best people. The kindness, support of one another, enthusiasm, fun, grit, and commitment to their people & profession was on full display this week, and it's second to none! 2. Dallas rocks. The food, the people, the weather. Enough said. 3. Networking is still king. I learned more in a few short days than I have this entire year, simply by spending the week talking what's working and what's not with some bright minds around the world. 4. Pipeline development is at the cutting edge. The mind blowing ideas, the next gen tech, the futuristic strategy. SDR leaders are leading the charge in innovation within GTM. 5. SDR leaders are more than just pipeline people. The holistic conversations I had with SDR leaders solidified the notion that the people in this line of work are capable of solving virtually any business problem. Find me a more comprehensive group of business strategists in any org. I'll wait. Thank you to Sam Nelson for putting on such an incredible week. Thank you to Miriam O'Donnell & 🔮 Sandy Mangat on the Pocus team for not only showing us a good time, but for having the most exciting tool on the market at the moment. You all are changing the game for GTM. Thank you Brynn Dolfi for coming along for the ride and acting as a second set of eyes and ears for what great looks like. Hearing your perspective on what we were learning was so valuable. And thank you to my incredible leadership team for saddling up and taking all the learning in. Your commitment to getting a little bit better each and every day is beyond inspiring. Brittany Greenwood, Courtney Christie, Emmanuel Enemaku, Romello Taylor, Julia Chakra.

"If leaders can’t come to you and say 'we're gonna miss our number this quarter,' that's on me as a CRO to fix." Bill Dwoinen, CRO at Mural, said this on our latest podcast episode. Here's the thing most revenue leaders get wrong: They confuse "high-performance culture" with "never show weakness culture." Bill sees it differently. His philosophy: → Communication isn't just encouraged, it's expected → Trust means reps can take big swings and make mistakes → Collective responsibility = we win together, we learn together → Transparency from day one about what's okay and what's not The result? A team where people actually WANT to share bad news on deals. Where leaders feel safe admitting they're struggling. This is the foundation that matters. Not the fancy tech stack. Not the perfect playbook. Not even the comp plan. It's creating an environment where your best people can do their best work without fear. Full episode with Bill: https://lnkd.in/exWwfawc

What 👏 a 👏 week 👏 Spent a few incredible days in Arizona last week with all-star CROs and CMOs talking all things AI & GTM. Major kudos to Amanda Kahlow and the 1mind team for pulling off an epic summit. Thank you for having Pocus as a sponsor 💜 Shoutout to Marcus Holm, Gaurav Agarwal, and Brian Clark for taking the stage with me to chat all things PLG -> sales in a world of AI! Was fun to meet SO many incredible GTM leaders like Diego Lomanto Tricia Gellman Carilu Dietrich Jacco van der Kooij Katherine Post Calvert and many, many more! A few takeaways: 1/ We're in the very early innings of AI in GTM. Everyone wants to be doing more with AI, but no one has "figured it out" - in fact, we're all figuring it out together. Community matters more than ever. 2/ AI brings us back to relationship selling. When AI automates manual work, strategic and consultative skills become the differentiator. Hire people who are great at building real relationships. 3/ Focus is everything. The days of experimenting with everything are over. Need to lean in on fewer initiatives to actually see ROI from AI. Getting the basics right is key to scaling well. Excited for next year's summit to see how far we'll have come in building the future of AI & GTM 🚀

The future of enablement isn't more training. It's less friction. At least that’s the future Melanie Fellay 🐙 is building with her company Spekit 🐙 Great enablement can be a difference maker for teams that hit their number and those that don’t Yet it’s an often overlooked lever in many GTM orgs And it’s changing fast While sales leadership chase old school enablement, your reps are in ChatGPT going rogue to find answers. We’re thrilled to have Mel join us to share what modern enablement looks like in 2025 and beyond. Melanie's been ahead of the curve on this for years. While most companies were doubling down on LMS platforms and quarterly training sessions, she was building something radically different with Spekit. We’ll dive into the future of enablement, her founder journey, and some hot takes on why so many teams are still not seeing value from AI. Join us live next week ⬇️ Thurs Nov 6 @ 9 am PT / 12 pm ET
